Très bel établissement dans un cadre agréable.
La rivière coule à proximité, c'est reposant, surtout de la salle de resaturant.
Très belle salle de fitness avec piscine.
Nourriture excellente.
Compter 25 à 20 € de taxi pour rallier le centre Munich.
Néanmoins, envoyer des mails vous en coûtera 22 € pour 24h. Là c'est vraiment abuser.

We were in Munich to see the Christmas markets after visiting Slovenia and Austria. Munich was delightful as always and the markets were a lot of fun.
The hotel is a pleasant walk away from downtown, about 20 minutes, mostly through the English Gardens. So that was nice. No idea about public transportation as we always walked to and fro - I liked to see what the surfers were up to on the standing wave in the canal enetering the park. Quite dedicated to be surfing on December 24th I thought, even if wearing dry suits. One fellow confirmed that it was very cold and that his gloves were leaking.

The hotel is clean and has almost everything a hotel is supposed to have. It is also in a good location with many good restaurants within walking distance. It is close to Munich downtown. But it is called "boutique" for a reason. The room is half the size of a standard hotel room. It does not have a writing/computer desk. Shower space is tight too.

This hotel is good value for the money and in a great location. It is a 5 minute walk from the rail station (one transfer from the airport), next to the Olympic Park, and 5 minutes from the BMW world headquarters, museum and factory. It is in a residential complex so there are inexpensive restaurants and shops located on the adjacent street. A bit hard to spot the entrance as it is just one door along with doors to shops and restaurants. Staff was helpful and the breakfast, included in our rate, was substantial. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in a great area! One block to the train (Nordfriedhof station) and a grocery store, delicious bakery, Apotheke right around the hotel! Highly recommend (and get the 3 day visitor pass for the train)! Champions restaurant is great when you've eaten all of the German food you can stand and want a good old cheeseburger and fries!

有路面電車站經過，交通方便，但是房間清潔度很差，地上有碎掉的酒瓶、整個房間包括衣架上有不少灰塵，我們同時訂了2間雙人房，結果居然是分布在不同樓層，而且電話還壞掉，空間也是利用到了極致。惟一比較安慰的是晚班的先生人還不錯，離開後還可以寄放行李。

The room was very small - one had to sit on the bed or be in the bathroom if the other wanted to move around. We couldn't walk past our packs open on the floor. The walls are very thin too and there was a gap between our door and the door frame. Good breakfast that came with the room. Friendly staff.

Wir waren geschäftlich für 2 Tage im Cosmopolitan Hotel untergebracht und waren schockiert. Den Eindruck, den das Hotel auf der Website macht und die Realität gehen weit auseinander: die Wände fleckig, der Wasserhahn deffekt, unschöne Beule in der Wand, mittelmäßiges Frühstück. Kurzum, kein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen nach der Arbeit und daher von unserer Seite nicht empfehlenswert.

Comfortable hotel with excellent location to downtown, the Allianz Arena and Olympiapark. Breakfast area located in the conservatory. Direct connection with the Metro to the fairground "Neue Messe Munchen." All rooms with kitchenette and free coffee facilities in the room. There are Free water, fruits and coffee in our lobby.

Direct public transport from the main railway station with U2. Friendly staff, hearty and delicius breakfast, spotless cleanliness, perfect comfort thanks to the equipment provided in the room.

Great location and a quite place to stay. The room was large by European standards and slept three adults in comfort. Regular stand-alone shower was a plus as was in-room coffee maker and walk out patio. This place was great!

Clean, New, Classy and Modern hotel. A fair hike to the subway, but taxi fare from downtown Munchen was about 8Euros. In a slightly out of the way area (Schwabing) but overall, in a safe, clean area. On the plus side, this is near the 'English garden' park area. The prices were more reasonable than downtown, but you are not close to Oktoberfest, or the downtown museums.
The "Intourist" site at the Hauptbanhoff (Train station) frequently has better rates than advertised, but you can't count on them for last minute availability.
I can't comment on much of the hotels amenities, since we were in late, and out early, but we would definitely stay again. A room in Munich to sleep a couple and an adult son in one room is hard to find! The room was quiet, and well appointed. Beds comfortable, and had a sliding privacy screen to separate the two beds.

Un hotel perfecto si se está de visita en una de las empresas del área. Falla un poco la conexión con el transporte público (10 minutos hasta el metro, aunque hay un bus que pasa más cerca), y que no hay sitios a los que ir por la zona, salvo un pequeño supermercado. Muy recomendable para gente de viaje de negocios. El desayuno, caro para lo que es, recomendable buscar otro sitio si es posible.

The overall impression of the hotel is that this is a comfortable hotel with a bright modern style and friendly staff.
0610 hm The building is a modern block with no particularly interesting features. The hotel is located just west of Schwabing, well known for it's many pubs and restaurants and is a short drive or walk to the famous Olympic Park. The nearest underground station to the city centre is Hohenzollernplatz and is four stops from the main train station.

Nice and homely 3-Star hotel in Munich Schwabing. Decorated in warm colours and equipped with modern standard. Situated in the famous quarter - Schwabing - a residential area with many restaurants and shopping possibilities: Munich city centre with Marienplatz / Glockenspiel; Main Train Station and shopping district Kaertner Strasse are about 500-800 meters. Schwabing shopping street - Leopoldstrasse - is within a stones throw. 2 miles to the old fairground - easy to reach. 1.5 miles to Theresienwiese / October fest Place. The new fairground is 10 miles away from the hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Flemings's Hotel M'nchen Schwabing. The hotel is outside the main tourist area, but located within two blocks of an U-bahn station. The breakfast was wonderful. The assortment of food available was plentiful and the service excellent. The rooms were small and the bathroom even smaller. My husband had a hard time showering in the tiny glass cube. The front-desk staff was generally helpful, with the exception of one gal who could not provide us with any information on how to get to Neuschwanstein Castle.
