The hotel also has a beer garden unusually located under a chestnut tree. This property is highly recommended as it ideally located for guests wishing to explore Munich but don't fancy staying in the city centre.
0807 hm The hotel has a modern exterior. Though traditional in style, the entrance onto a main road gives good car and coach access. The hotel is located to the west of the city. It is within easy walking distance of Pasing station, which offers direct connections to the city centre and all other areas of Munich.

Decent hotel with Beer Garden

This is a decent hotel with a nice beer garden, but beware [...]as the hotel is not near the main Munich train station (Hauptbanhof), but is instead near a train station in the Pasing suburb of Munich. It is a solid, clean hotel with its own parking garage facility, but because it is not within walking distance of the Munich town center, you must purchase a rail or street car pass to get into town or to visit the English garden. Takes about 10 minutes by train or S-bahn to get to Munich town center. One waiter was a bit rude, and another front desk operator was not available for our check out, but the remainder of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice choice if you are looking for a hotel not very far from the centre. Reasonable price based on the facilities and location.

Description
This is a simple, small but nice and friendly hotel and ideal for the traveller who wants to explore Munich. It is very convienient located for exploring Munich as well as travelling to the Alps. The train station Pasing is within easy walking distance where trains go to Fussen and the south.
0708 hm A typical seventies style townhouse building. The hotel is located in Pasing which is a very nice area of Munich and just 4 stops by tram to the Main train station.

Nice cosy hotel within walking distance from tram station. Excellent hot breakfast and very friendly staff. Gabor M... at reception went out of his way to solve problems on our behalf with the car rental company. This was much appreciated and we think he is a big asset to the hotel. Thanks to him we really felt at home at Imperial Hotel Munich.

Description
The traditional Hotel Gruenwald with its 32 individually furnished rooms is already led by the owners in the fourth generation. -A typical Munich hotel, perfect for both business and leisure travellers. It is located in Munichs district Aubing, easily accessible by public transportation or by car. Between hotel and city-centre it takes just 15 minutes by city train. By car, it takes 15 minutes to the soccer stadium and 30 minutes to the Trade Fair Centre. Wireless internet is available in public areas throughout the hotel and also in selected rooms. Three restaurants within the surrounding area are serving Bavarian food. Check-In is possible Noon-11am. The room rate includes the breakfast buffet and use of the hotel parking lot.

The3 star Guesthouse Forum in Westkreuz offers you a comfortable temporary residence combining the advantages of your home with tasteful and cozy surroundings and complete independence with the convenience of hotel service. The guesthouse is ideally located surrounded by landscapes and shopping areas on the west side of Munich. The town of Pasing has many shops; recreational and cultural facilities and it is only a short journey by S-Bahn or car to the Munich centre as well as to the recreation areas on the shores of two of the Bavarian lakes; Starnberger and Ammersee. For those who wish to have a relaxed breakfast we offer an extensive breakfast buffet. The guesthouse has washing machines and dryers available in the communal area and an underground garage for guests cars. There is public parking spaces close by the hotel but garage parking is available a cost of 5 EUR per night. Service included in the rent is per week except for weekends. Special rates for long stay guest. For check ins after 20 hrs pls collect the key in check in box placed to the right from the main entrance. As password use your last name. Additional Information; Children age 3 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 4-12 pay 15 EUR per day. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right without prior notification to cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.
