We were on a business trip. The staff were so helpful. The train station is just across the street. Excellent service

Hotel was right across the street from the Underground station, an easy ride to old town Munich. Staff was friendly and helpful, spoke English. Several different restaurants nearby, the Chinese restaurant was excellent.

The Ibis München City West, which opened in autumn 2009, boasts 208 spacious, air-conditioned rooms with Wi-Fi access. Guests can also surf the Internet free of charge at the iPoint next to the 24-hour reception. Our restaurant with show kitchen, terraceand cozy hotel bar is the perfect place to while away the hours. We have a 24-hour refreshments service offering a variety of snacks and serve a delicious breakfast between 4am and midday. Convenient parking available in our indoor garage.
