the hotel has an old fashion style but the room was very comfortable.
Location is not just at the old city center but easy access to the highway and 15-20 min walking from the center or 5 min by taxi, public transportation also available few steps from the hotel.
Nice breakfast and service, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel

I am glad that I chose the hotel. I got a very nice room, with breakfast, at a great price. The only problem was the somewhat out-of-the-way location, which I knew about when I booked the hotel.

Welcome to NH Heidelberg, a 4-star hotel in the centre of one of Germanys most lovely and romantic cities. Our rooms are tastefully furnished with a blend of fine materials. All 174 rooms provide modern amenities with satellite TV, W-Lan, desk with ISDN telephone, fax and internet connections,and a spacious bathroom. Invigorate yourself for the day at our sumptuous breakfast buffet or enjoy the culinary specialities in one of our restaurants. Our restaurant with seating for 180 is open daily from 06:00 to 23:00 h. The quaint restaurant Brustberl offers seating for 85 as well as an additional 72 seats during beer garden season. The hotel bar and the fireside room are open until 02:00 hand seat 40 people. Our caf bar with seating for 50 rounds off the selection. For relaxation, use our sauna or our steam bath.

Ruhiges,sehr sauberes und grosszügiges Zimmer, freundliches Receptionspersonal aber mit Euro 19.- per Person absolut überteuertes Frühstück, insbesonders kann ein grosszügiges Frühstück zu günstigen Preisen überall in der nahen Altstadt oder auch gleich um die Ecke konsumiert werden. Ob es sich für die NH Hoteles Kette wirklich lohnt an sich zufriedene Gäste mit dieser fragwürdigen Preispolitik beim Frühstück aus dem Haus zu vergraulen wage ich zu bezweifeln.

Well situated hotel with comfortable room and bed. Breakfast choice very good and served until 12pm on Sunday and also late check out to 5pm on Sunday, which I found very convenient since my flight from Frankfurt was not until Sunday evening.
