This is my third visit to Hamburg and finding a hotel for a good price has always been tough. However, this has been the best so far.
I'm used to luxury hotels so I've scored this quite harshly, but overall I can't complain.
I would have liked tea/coffee facilities in room, and even a local map of the area in the lobby (not even a leaflet). But the bar and restuarant was nice and useful as we were a group of people.
I'd stay again and would be happy to tell friends to stay too.

das Hotel hat alles geboten, was ich mir wünschte für ein Kurzurlaub in Hamburg.
Auch wenn das Frühstück nicht drin war und es bei offenem Fester etwas laut war, hat es trotzdem allen Ansprüchen genügt und das große Bett war wirklich sehr bequem.

A very good hotel with poor housekeeping.

We like the Adina hotels but this hotel has bad housekeeping. The dishes were dirty and some were missing. One towel was dirty. The worst thing is that the internet is not free and the interface after paying does not work properly.
Otherwise, the location is good. The size of the rooms is good. The quality of the furniture is very good.

Eine wirklich tolle Lage des Hotels, in kurzer Zeit erreicht man das Rathaus oder auch die nächste S-Bahn, U-Bahn.
Komfort des Hotels ist wirklich toll und ich kann es nur jedem weiterempfehlen.
Einzig das Frühstück ist nicht inkludiert aber es keine Wünsche offen.

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Hotel verbracht und sind sehr zufrieden mit der Raumeinteilung und dem Service.
Einziges Manko: Kein Safe im Zimmer.
Die Lage ist Prima, zu Fuss 5 min zu den ÖV.
Liegt angrenzend zum Dom-Gelände wo 3 x Jährlich der Jahrmarkt stattfindet.

War mit meiner 3 Jährigen Tochter für 3 Tage in Hamburg. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, Das Personal (nach anfänglicher, eher kritischer Beurteilung meines eher jugendlichen Kleidungsstils) sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schön aber eher etwas klein. Zimmerservice zügig und fEssen ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist sicher auf Geschäftsreisende spezialisiert, hierfür würde ich es auch sofort buchen, mit Kindern und Familie würde ich mir aber ein anderes Hotel suchen. Denoch ein netter Aufenthalt bei sehr freundlichen Hamburgern!

Wir waren für ein paar Tage in Hamburg. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral (Ca. 5-10 min Fußweg vom Bahnhof).
Zimmer eher klein jedoch sehr sauber. Jeden Tag nette persönliche Gesten. Sehr großes und reichhaltiges Morgenbuffet.
Ggratis Safe und WLAN Zugang.

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Maritim, Hotel ist ziemlich groß. Hatten leider nur ein Zimmer mit Block auf die gegenüberliegende Wand des Gebäudes, also nach innen raus, uns wars egal weil wir die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren.
Zimmerservice kam nicht um die Betten zu machen oder das Bad zu reinigen, was natürlich nicht so toll ist.
Lage ist gut, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen oder mit S/U-Bahn.

Das neue, moderne Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und ist nur wenige Meter vom HB weg. Das bedeutet, dass trotz nehegelegener U-Bahn-Station in Richtung Altstadt, Speicherstadt und Hafen alles gut zu Fuss gemacht werden kann.
Das Personal ist freundich und das Frühstücksbuffet ist tiptop. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, aber sehr klein. Für unternehmungslustige ist ies ganz ok, aber alle die sich im Zimmer aufhalten möchten, ist es definitiv zu eng.
Ich würde dieses Hotel allen, die einen Städtetripp machen empfehlen.

Das Personal läßt zu wünschen übrig. Ausnahme das Zimmermädchen. Am 1. Tag morgens habe ich festgestellt, dass der Föhn defekt war. Bis zur Abreise wurde er NICHT ausgetauscht.
Die Anfrage eines 2. Kopfkissens wurde auch nicht nachgekommen.
Beim Bestellen eines Coctails in der Bar muß man Wartezeit mitbringen.
Das Frühstück.... na ja. Ausbaufähig.
Positiv ist die Lage des Hotels. Sauber sind die Zimmer auch.
Wir würden allerdings nicht nochmal dort einchecken.

Es war sauber, die Rezeptionistin nett und entgegenkommend beim Zimmerwechsel. Leider liegt es an einer großen Strasse in einer teils tristen/beängstigenden Gegend, aber die U-Bahn ist schnell erreicht. Zum Schlafen reicht es allemal! Und super: später Check Out...

das radisson blu ist ein super hotel wenn man mal internationale top acts da hat und sie irgendwo unterbringen muss. besonders der ausblick aus dem 25. stockwerk hat sehr überzeugt :)

Nur zwei "negative" Punkte
Das Doppelzimmer hatte 2 Matratzen, also mit einem graben in der Mitte.
Das Morgenessen mit 24Euro wäre sehr teuer, jedoch muss man ja nicht gehen.
Ansonsten super Hotel super Aussicht und super Lage.

Im Haus wird geraucht. Der Rauch ging durch den fingerdicken Türspalt am Boden auch ins Zimmer.

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Das Frühstück ist für unsere verhältnisse super. Auch wenn das Hotel nicht in einem Nobelviertel steht, würden wir uns wieder für das Hotel Lumen entscheiden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This hotel is located in a very quiet place, close to the U-bahn and bus stations, and close to the center of the city. The rooms are clean and you can have the amenities you want. Wireless internet connection was dropping all the time, but remains usable. It is worth the price.
