Es war alles gut bis auf die arg strapazierten Teppichböden im Zimmer. Diese muffelten schon etwas und müssten unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Wifi mit €20 pro Tag ist heutzutage unverschämt .

The BEST WESTERN Hotel Obermuehle has been family owned and operated since 1634. The hotel is located near the city and Congress Center at the foot of Germans highest mountain, Zugspitze. THE HOTEL IS A SPLENDID MIXTURE OF THE TRADITIONAL AND CONTEMORARY- OLD FASHIONED LOUNGE AND CHANDELIER HUNG RESTAURANTS CONTRASTING PLESANTLY WITH THE REFURBISHED BEDROOMS AND THE NEW BATHROOMS. MOST OF THE ROOMS HAVE SPACIOUS BALCONIES TO THE SOUTH WITH AN EXCITING VIEW TO THE ZUGSPITZE. GARDEN TERRACE FRAMED WITH FLOWERS.

Excellent hotel in Garmisch

This was my third stay at this hotel. It is in an excellent location, with a typically great German breakfast. I have not used the pool or sauna because there is enough to do in the surrounding area. The hotel is right beside a remarkable stream flowing down from the alps. I will go back without investigating other alternatives.

Small, but clean room in a non-smoking single room that had a twin bed. No problem...but no fridge. Swisscom internet access blows. Tmobile not accessible from here. Cheap, downtown, close to train station. For the price, good deal.

My husband, 16 year old daughter and I went to Garmisch to ski. The hotel is not within walking distance to the slopes nor to the city center. Bad TRAFFIC to slopes so make proper travel allowance. The room was dark and the extra bed for our daughter was not comfortable. The bathroom was quite small; the shower head was too low so need to either kneel or detach shower head from its post. The room was spacious, warm and clean. The TV was sitting on the desk which limits desk space; too low for watching from bed. The breakfast room was grand and the food was plentiful though they offered the same line up of food every morning. There's only one computer terminal for customers' use. Need a car to stay in this hotel.

Partenkirchner Hof has a fantastic location to explore the city center of Garmisch and Partenkirchen and excellent service and a great restaurant.
0907 hm It is built in a typical chalet style and consists of three interconnected buildings. The facade is mainly of exposed, beautifully carved wood with wide eves and pretty flower boxes. The Partenkirchner Hof stands in a peaceful setting in the heart of the Garmisch surrounded by two gardens. It is only three minutes away from the train station.

It was great, the way up the mountain was so much fun, the ski slopes are around the corner, Italian and Mexican eatery were only 3 blocks away. the hotel crew was very friendly!!! I love the room! so big and warm, made me feel like i was home.

Booked a non-smoking room with a pull out bed (traveling with friends0. Got a smoking room with no pull out bed, so the bed had to be shared. Not cool, but since we arrived late on a friday night they claimed that it was all that was left. Also, the breakfast costs 18 Euro. Thats like 23 buck, for BREAKFAST!. Total ripofff. I say book a Gastehaus (german bed/breakfast) instead, it will be way better than this wannabe Holiday in rip-off. From now on I stay at the small, cozy, german gastehaus, or hostel scene because for the price its worth it.

We spent 2 nights in the very small room of this name brand hotel. The room and the bathroom were too small and crowded to be comfortable and to be considered as 4-Star quality. I was disappointed that I selected this property when there were other quality hotels available that I know had bigger rooms, but I chose the Mecure because of their name brand recognition and reputation. I would not stay at this property again. To the Mecure's credit, the Customer Service delivered by their staff at both Check-in and the Breakfast Buffet was excellent.
