I stayed on the second floor.
Wifi reception was terrible, I had to go to the lobby to work on my lap top.
If you need internet connection for your work, I do not recommend Carat Hotel.

Not close to airport. Taxi cost 26 Euros. Shutte is 5 Euros, But you have to call them.AND wait.?
LOOK at the adress it is not in FRANKFURT.
Rooms are small but that is the EU.

While there was nothing "special" about the hotel, everything went to plan. The shuttle from Terminal 1 arrived in about 20 minutes, the check-in was simple, the bar was open late for simple food, and the room was comfortable and serviceable for a one-night stay. No complaints, but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay.

This hotel was a perfect place to stay for our over night layovers. The shuttle was fast and dependable. The rooms are clean, cozy and warm. The staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a nice start to our morning of onward journeys. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed two nights - the first on arriving in Frankfurt and the second on departing. Both rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and well worth the 7 euro per person. We rented a car and our Garmin GPS took us right to the door (why would anyone drive in an unfamiliar area without a GPS?) We recommend the hotel for short stays (not much to do in the immediate area) and will stay there again if the opportunity arises.

I was traveling with a dog, there is an additional charge of 30 Euros for this pleasure. The hotel was very accepting of the dog and we were made welcome by all staff. There is not much space for walking your dog or finding any green space, however if you are in transit through Frankfurt Airport with a pet, I would highly recommend staying here. Rooms were excellent and very clean..... but you have European prices! was not cheap. Grocery store VERY nearby and a bar for those who would like to have beer and a burger/wings.

My stay was very nice. I especially appreciated the location; I only had to walk across the breezeway and then I was at the airport. The only drawbacks were the room furniture was a bit dusty and there was no special perk for the price.

Very clean hotel; service was very good but not much to look at. Located in an industrial/warehouse area near the airport, perfect for business or transient passengers. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. One negative was that one of our non-smoking rooms, smelled like cigar smoke and they immediately changed the room for us which was a minor inconvenience... Also, the AC units are extremely noisy!

The hotel itself was fine. The staff was very attentive, personable, and overall great! My only disatisfaction with the hotel is the location. Although near the airport, I ended up spending a small fortune on taxis to get to the city every day. While they do provide shuttle service to the airport, and from there you can take a train to the city, it's not very convenient. But besides the location, I had a very good experience there.

While the hotel is very near the airport we had a very difficult time getting to it. Due most probably to its newness, neither the hotel nor the street it is located on registered in our GPS. We could see its approximate location on a map, but actually getting to it proved impossible. After a frustrating time, we turned in our rental car and took a taxi from the airport directly to the hotel. Our only other complaint is that we asked for a 6 a.m. wake-up call which never came. Fortunately, we woke up in time to catch the shuttle to the airport but it could really have been a problem.
On a positive note, the hotel was spotless and decent food/beverage service was available late into the night. Booking and paying in advance made this a real bargain.

All around great hotel. Close to airport with a free shuttle service. Very spacious and very clean room. Great breakfast (included) in the morning. Will put breakfast out early for you if you have to leave early. Only downside is that if you want free wi-fi, you have to go down to the reception area. There is a charge for wi-fi in your room.

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight layover while traveling through FRA. I chose it because it was cheap and close to the airport. The furniture was new, the decor modern, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent; just wished I had had more time to enjoy it!

The Steinberger is a nice hotel, but very pricy for a simple overnight stay near the airport. The Steinberger in the city is much nicer.

Nice hotel, very close to the airport, the hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport, the shuttle runs every 15 mins so it is perfect if you need a place to stay if you have an overnight stay in Frankfurt.

Travelers should be warned that the hotel does not ovver shuttle service on the weekends. This caused a 30 Euro cab fare to the hotel.

空港からの車送迎が無料なので、最初はよいと思いましたが、ホテルの周りには何もない（スーパーが１軒あるだけ）ので、市内に外出するには不向きです。単純にフランクフルト乗り継ぎで一泊寝に行くための宿と理解しておけばよいと思います。ネットが有料なのは納得いかない。食事はまあまあおいしかった。

This hotel is located approx 7 kms from the Frankfurt airport and a similar distance from the city. Good for airport transfers, and used by Trafalgar Tours. A tram is located 20 minute walk away which takes you to the city. This hotel is good for a one or two night stay, but city location is better for longer stays.

Hotel allowed me 10 AM check in and same day check out because of my plane schedule.
Hotel does not provide airport shuttle but hotel staff were very helpful and gave me information for local bus which was inexpensive and convenient.
I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in einem Industriegebiet. Für Übernachtungen vor einem Auslandsflug am nächsten Tag absolut geeignet. Aber ist man einmal da, bleibt einem nichts anderes übrig als das zum Hotel ? gehörige, gute aber nicht grad Preisgünstige Restaurant zu nutzen. Hotelpreis ist ok.
Hotelshuttel von und zum Flughafen (ca. 10 km) für 2,- € pro Person.

The shuttle to the airport (free) is quick. Also if you dont have a laptop you can use thier computers (with internet) for free. You can also walk to the S-Bahn station (S7) and take a short train to frankfurt HBf.

A little old, and not quite 5 star anymore, the steam room burned down and the entire place is a tiny bit worn. However, it is great place to stay after a long trip and the spa is very nice and the outdoor heated pool is spectacular. Great smoking lounge. I would stay there again.

L'hôtel est à environ 25 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Francfort, ce qui nécessite un déplacement en taxi. L'avantage étant que le lieu est très joli, situé dans une forêt et un petit lac, ce qui change des "hôtels-villes-béton" situés juste à côté de l'aéroport. Chambre spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire, mais un peu vieille et usées. Une rénovation complète ne ferait pas de mal à cet établissement. Le personnel est très compétent, aimable et serviable.

Newly acquired hotel. Looks in initial running phase. Difficult for taxi drivers to find (street does not appear on map???).
Room itself was OK. TV reception was not good. Shower looked as needing additional cleaning (or was it stains?).
Expensive for the level, yet very close to the airport (10 minutes to terminal).
