I was in Frankfurt for a concert at the Festhalle and chose this hotel because of the location. It is a 5 minute walk to the main train station and 10 minute walk to the Festhalle. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very polite and helpful. they offer valet parking and free access to their beautiful gym. They also have a very fancy bar and a great free breakfast. the rooms are beautiful and modern with a king size bed, flat screen and free wireless. The shower is the best part of it all. Will definetly be staying there again.

The Steinberger is a nice hotel, but very pricy for a simple overnight stay near the airport. The Steinberger in the city is much nicer.

Nice hotel, very close to the airport, the hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport, the shuttle runs every 15 mins so it is perfect if you need a place to stay if you have an overnight stay in Frankfurt.

This was my second stay at The Pure, and they were both wonderful. Why stay at the unfriendly, overpriced, impersonal airport hotel when just a quick train ride away is The Pure. Very close to the main station, it has a modern and welcoming lobby, great for hanging out with a nice glass of wine from the reception desk/bar and free wireless internet. And the rooms are really nice and comfortable. The staff was so helpful in describing the hotel's many amenities and suggesting nearby restaurants. I'll be back soon!

I stayed on the second floor.
Wifi reception was terrible, I had to go to the lobby to work on my lap top.
If you need internet connection for your work, I do not recommend Carat Hotel.

The hotel is almost good enough.
The heating system was not good. It was so cold in the room.
The cost of internet access didnot show before connecting. Therefore, I thoght that it was free of charge. But It was billed. I didnot comlain of it because of small amount.

This was a disappointing hotel experience - staff were rude, unfriendly and did not follow through. I have stayed with NH hotels in other European cities and was expecting a high standard of service. Unfortunately I was disappointed - on two of the three days I stayed here my room was not cleaned, when I contacted staff they promised to rectify the situation immediately - two hours later no change. Disappointing and will prevent me from booking with NH in the future.

This hotel was a perfect place to stay for our over night layovers. The shuttle was fast and dependable. The rooms are clean, cozy and warm. The staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a nice start to our morning of onward journeys. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed two nights - the first on arriving in Frankfurt and the second on departing. Both rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and well worth the 7 euro per person. We rented a car and our Garmin GPS took us right to the door (why would anyone drive in an unfamiliar area without a GPS?) We recommend the hotel for short stays (not much to do in the immediate area) and will stay there again if the opportunity arises.

this was a stop over on our way to other location. it was close to the downtown area so one could walk. the staff made several suggestions on places to dine only a few blocks from location, as well as their dinning room. the breakfas was included ,very good selection & fresh

The Mercure Hotel and Residenz Frankfurt Messe The room was divided into separate sections, so although I was sharing with a friend, we had privacy in the sleeping area, a door that closed to the entry area, and a separate fully equipped bathroom.

The hotel is close to the Ostbanhof metro station, so I could easily venture downtown or to the airport. Room was very clean and had a great view of the Frankfurt skyline;

Decent hotel, good deal. Located in the eastern part of town but tram 11 or subway U6 quickly take you to downtown locations. Nothing fancy but clean, good size room and bathroom. Unfortunately, no free internet access from the room. Don't know if room was air conditioned, it was not very hot in late june. Didn't try their breakfast, there's a cafe at the corner.

Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. the batrooms weere also clean no bathtub but vey functional. this is a business type of hotel and there are light snacks and coffee in the morning. Free parking on the street or $10 euros in thier lot. There was always an apple at the front desk and the staff were friendly.

First class hotel, like you would expect from this chain. The accommodations are great, even from the regular rooms. Quite clean and quiet, thanks to not being close to a busy street. I can talk about the winter experience, which is quite good, even on the days with snow storms, the 500 meter walk from the train station to the hotel is not too bad, and even then you can call a free shuttle that will take you either way. The prices are tough cookie though... breakfast for 19 euros!!?? I would suppose that if you really need to nourish yourself in a hurry and do not want any hassle, yes, do it... but there's a market called REWE at no more than 400 meters from the hotel, where you can buy bread, fruit, drinks, beer, etc... better prices and selection... just hope you have a microwave in the room so you can heat something up. But the cuisine in the hotel is first rate... but I would prefer to spring for dinner which would be a greater experience, than waste 19 euros p/p in breakfast. But anyway, it's a hotel to recommend, and I imagine it very beautiful in the springtime. Will have to do it sometime. The train station location is great, since you only need to take one direction to get you to the main train station in Frankfurt, and from there to anywhere. Alas, no real entertainment center at location... it's a place to forget the busy day and rest; get up the next morning and get at it.

This hotel was located very conveniently to the main train station. The staff was very accommodating and spoke English well. The rooms were spotless and very modern. The shower was interesting in that it was a complete glass enclosure so as long as you are sharing the room with someone you don't mind seeing you naked then it shouldn't be a problem. Of course the toilet was privately enclosed. All in all I would stay there again.

The hotel is ideally suited for the business traveler, and is a good relative value for anyone staying in Frankfurt. All the modern amenities you would expect were available, and the standard room cost came with an excellent breakfast included. Lobby is a bit pedestrian, but the hotel itself is first rate.

I was traveling with a dog, there is an additional charge of 30 Euros for this pleasure. The hotel was very accepting of the dog and we were made welcome by all staff. There is not much space for walking your dog or finding any green space, however if you are in transit through Frankfurt Airport with a pet, I would highly recommend staying here. Rooms were excellent and very clean..... but you have European prices! was not cheap. Grocery store VERY nearby and a bar for those who would like to have beer and a burger/wings.

My stay was very nice. I especially appreciated the location; I only had to walk across the breezeway and then I was at the airport. The only drawbacks were the room furniture was a bit dusty and there was no special perk for the price.

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight layover while traveling through FRA. I chose it because it was cheap and close to the airport. The furniture was new, the decor modern, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent; just wished I had had more time to enjoy it!

Was only there for one night before flying out of Frankfurt, so chose this place for its proximity to the train station. But was surprised by how nice it is, clean, good amenities, comfortable. The staff was really great, helped us get around the city, find places to eat, and was all-around helpful and friendly.
Despite the location of this (and most inexpensive hotels in Frankfut) in the "red light" district, this particular hotel is more on the edge of that neighborhood, and it can be avoided completely simply by turning right out the front door instead of left and walking up Landstrasse toward the city center.

We were only in Frankfurt for 4 days and the Westin Grand was a great fit for our needs. Located close to a central subway stop, good dining and shopping, the best value for us was upgrading to the Executive Club level. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed a good breakfast, daily snacks and before dinner glass of wine. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed a great massage at the spa. i would highly recommend this hotel.

Nicely located a few tram stops away from the main station in Frankfurt. The stay was quite relaxed and nice.

Normally most of the Germany hotel will include the breakfast in their price. But it is a pity while make the reservation that hotel club did not mention if the price is not including the breakfast. Then until checked in we are noted the breakfast shall be charged additionally.

I knew this hotel from a prior trip, it was great. This time I had to cancel and lost the money I paid. I will newer use this type of reservation again.

Good location near the railway - walking distance, so no need for taxi to and from trains. Fairly close to Old Town so walking to sight-see is easy. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Would definitely stay there again if in Frankfurt in the future.

内装は新しく、快適に過ごせました。
シャワーのみでスペースが狭かったのですが、バルコニーもあり、
レセプション、朝食スタッフも親切でした。
ロビーのPCも無料で使えるのが便利です。
また次回フランクフルトに行く際は、ぜひ利用したいと思います。

雪で到着がＡＭ２時になった上、事前連絡できなかったのですが、フロントは空いており気持ちよく対応してもらえました。（ただ外から見た目は真っ暗で閉まっているかと思いました。）
駅からも近く徒歩５分程度、分かりやすい位置と看板です。
部屋も綺麗でシャワーの温度も問題なく、朝食もハムとチーズとパンでおいしかったです。
フロントにパソコンが有り、ネットの使用は無料でした。

The hotel is just fifty meters from the main train station in Frankfurt. It was great to be able to just walk across the street to the hotel. The neighborhood was typical of an older downtown, kind of run down and a little dirty but we felt safe to walk around (it was not as nice as Munich though).
It's definitely an older hotel but the lobby was very nice and the staff was great. A breakfast buffet is included and from what we saw, it looked great. Unfortunately we had an early flight the next morning and couldn't sample it.
They also provide a free mini-bar in a small refrigerator. It only contained water, orange juice and two beers but the funny part was that it wasn't cooled. The light came on but it was room temperature. I guess that could be a European preference but why would it be in a refrigerator if it wasn't intended for cooling?
The rooms were generously sized, clean and well equipped but dated. The beds were comfortable but consisted of two twin beds instead of a double. We also rented a triple room for our three teen aged daughters and they had three twin beds, which was perfect for them.
Overall, I'd say it was great for our needs; close to the train station, convenient to the airport, clean and reasonably priced. However, if I was staying for a week, I think I'd find something in a better neighborhood that was closer to shopping, etc.

Needed a hotel for a short stay (2 days) between flights. I was concerned about the area(from what I heard) but the hotel and staff were so professional, It made all the difference. The look and feel of an old world hotel that has everything you would want, realizing that it is now brand new. The location was better than perfect with ease getting back to the airport with lots of luggage for us to handle. The city is vibrant. I never felt unsafe. I will gladly stay there again the next time we pass thru Frankfurt. Believe me there are plenty of iffy hotels to be found but this is not one them. My hat off to the hotel and all those that work there.

walkedto and from hauptbahnhof and then to dinner. Got a great recommendation to a traditional German restaurant from the front desk staff.
They couldn't have been more helpful.
Interesting modern minimalist design rooms.
Great value in early October.
