Zimmer bei Ankunft nicht geheizt. Trotz gebuchten Nichtraucherzimmers starker Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch, kein Hinweis auf Zuweisung eines Raucherzimmers.

This hotel is in a great location near the train station and walking distance to the city center. The room is small (typical for Europe), but comfortable. Everything was recently renovated and clean. Beware of extra costs - the breakfast of bread and coffee was way overpriced (go to a local coffee shop; it's a better deal!) and wireless internet is extra as well. There is only one computer terminal for internet in the lobby, so plan on there being a line to use it. I had mixed experiences with the hotel staff - some were friendly; others were surly. In all, a good room value in a good location.

Das Hotelzimmer, Frühstücksbuffet und die Reception waren sehr gut. Schlecht fand ich sehr, dass das Hotel gar keine Reservierung erhalten hatte!!!!! Haben aber unsere Zimmer doch noch erhalten.
