Room was certainly not superior. Bed was a small double and not a king size as specified. We had two single duvets on the bed and when I asked for one larger duvet, we ended up with three small duvets. Pillows were also poor quality. I had thought breakfast was included but ended up paying 18 Euros per person per day - not enough explanation/information from the receptionist when we arrived. Internet was slow. No bar service in the day/evening. On the plus side, staff were pleasant, good decor and it was in a reasonably good location. Having stayed at different hotels in Dussledorf I thought a boutique hotel would be a nice change - sorry but I will not be returning to this one

Wij hadden 2 x een 2 pers. kamer geboekt voor 4 pers.
Een kamer was inderdaad voor 2 pers. en de2de kamer was een1 persoons. Daar werd een bank neer gezet waar je kon slapen in een hele kleine ruimte.Ook was daar alles qua drinken voor 1 pers. i.p.v. voor 2 personen. ( je betaald het wel )
De volgende ochtend dachten we te gaan ontbijten alles bezet 6 tafeltjes.( 75 kamers in het hotel ) Om 9:55 weer geprobeerd maar werden we met een snauw aangesproken of we nog dachten te gaan eten want het ontbijt was tot 10:00 uur. Nou, nee want er was niets meer. In de stad dus maar gegeten. Het personeel was niet echt vriendelijk of behulpzaaam.

The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the doorman cheerfully and friendly towards my 5 year old boy. We love the modern interior and furnishing of this hotel. Great location, near shopping area and a good stroll to the old part of town. We will come back to this hotel.

Habitación triple múy bien. espaciosa, comoda, silenciosa. En la recepción el staff demasiado serio, pero solucionarón todo. En resumén - múy agradable y buen ambiente. ¡Ojo con el mini bar! Precios exagerados. También deberían considerar en incluir el desayuno en el precio. Múy recomendable para estancias cortas.

No problems encountered. Dining room menu could be changed. Food very expensive. Kaufhaus across the street had a food court with fantastic prepared foods at very nice prices So hotel appears to be gouging. OH, ALMOST FORGOT: INTERNET COST WAS HIGHWAY ROBBERY, I.E. EURO 22 FOR TWENTY FOUR HOURS AND A DIFFICULT TO USE SYSTEM.

Hotel Batavia is located right in the heart of Duesseldorf, just a few minutes walking distance to the prestigious shopping of Boulevard Koenigsallee and oOld Town. The main railway station is only 7 minutes walking distance. From there, you can take a train to Koeln - it will take you only 50 minutes from the hotel, to Koeln-Deutz. The train stops right in front of the Koeln-Fairground.

We stayed one night to celebrate a friend's birthday. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Hotel provided parking for 10 euro a day. The hotel is located within 2 minutes walking distance of a few restaurants, a shopping mall, and other shops. The cab ride to the main part of the city where the nightlife is at was only 5.50 euro for 3 people to split. Beds were most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel.
I am planning another trip for a weekend in Dusseldorf and will be staying at this hotel again. Great hotel at a great price.

二度目の宿泊です。先回は 部屋も広めでしたし 景色ももストリ－ト側でしたが今回は 部屋は狭く 内側の建物に面していて 人が外から入ってこれるような作りでした。それに向こう側のアパ－トの人がこちらを見ているので 昼間からカ－テンを閉めなければならない状態でした。バスル－ムを使うときも はじめ シャワ－のお湯がぬるくて風邪を引きそうでした。よくよく見てみると シンクの下に温度調節するようなものがあって そこを操作してやっと熱いお湯が出てきました。何の説明もないし はじめから 熱いのが出るようにしておいてくれればいいのにと思いました。それとシャワ－の出が良すぎて 調節が不可能で 髪の毛までびしょびしょになってしまい その点が残念でした。しかし それ以外は 満足なので また利用したいと思います。

The hotel is located in the centre of Dusseldorf, close to the shopping area and old town. Using the underground one can easily reach all attractions this vibrant city has to offer.

This is an excellent budget hotel located in the city centre but with quiet rooms since the building is back off the main road. 0508 hm The hotel has a gated entrance on the main road where clients can enter by ringing the bell. The building goes back off the main street into a quiet courtyard. The hotel is more like appartments since all rooms have their own front door. This hotel is located close the centre of Dusseldorf and has easy access to all major attractions with public transport.

Die Bilder im Netz waren vielversprechender als es in der Realitt war. Die Wnde mssten mal gestrichen werden.
Auch die farbliche Abstimmung von Mbeln und Gardinen muss im Dunkeln vorgenommen worden sein. Eine kleine Pantrykche war vorhanden, leider ohne jegliches Geschirr.
Aber es war sauber, und das Frhstck war OK.

23 comfortably furnished single rooms, 19 double rooms, and 2 three-bedded rooms as well as a suite are available at our hotel. A swimming pool, sauna and solarium are located on the lower level. The use of swimming pool and sauna is complimentary for our guests. Bathrobes are available upon request. The solarium is coin-operated.
