The modern, 70-bed hotel enjoys a very central location by Lortzingstrasse underground station. All of the interesting and cultural attractions can be reached in just a few minutes. The main train station, the city centre and the Westfalenhallen are 3, 4 and 9 minutes away respectively. Most of the rooms and suites are approximately 30 m2 in size. 37 comfortable rooms are available, with a total of 70 beds. There is also a gym, a sauna and a solarium. All hotel rooms feature colour TV, a telephone, free WLAN Internet access, a minibar, shower/WC, a hairdryer, soundproofed windows, a seating area and a desk. An extensive breakfast buffet with individual service will help provide a great start to your day. Our gastronomy also includes a vast selection of drinks, as well as fresh lager on tap available with meals and in the hotel bar. Rooms with a capacity for up to 80 people are available for parties and family celebrations, whilst the seminar rooms can sit between 5 and 30 persons.

I stayed a suite for 3 nights. It is just 1 min walk to Dortmund HBF and opposite the city center where there are many shops and resturants. The reception is very helpful to provide directions, English-German translation and many other help we required. The only minus point is that the pillows are too soft and could not provide me with good neck support.

The hotel is very nicely situated close to the U47 line and so makes it easy to get into the town. It is a quiet location. All of the tatff are very friendly and the breakfast is very good. Ideal hotel and situation for short break.

The hotel has bought a breath of fresh air into the Dortmund Hotel scene. It's private character, excellent service, the pleasant atmosphere and the cultivated ambience are reflected in every detail of the hotel. The furnishing and generous size of our 96 rooms satisfy virtually every wish; bright interior, desk, minibar, cable TV, radio, pay TV, direct dial telephone, shower/bath and toilet with large shelf and hairdryer. The parking spaces are free of charge and the hotel garage can be used for a small fee. Located in a refreshingly peaceful area on the edge of town and is the optimal starting point for the "Industrial Culture in the Ruhrgeibiet" route. Its proximity to Dortmund airport - three minutes by car and the direct link to the A44/B1 motorway guarantees a timesaving and problem free arrival.
