I'll be brief and to the point, this is the best hotel experience I have EVER had, I travel a lot and have stayed in some fantastic hotels but this one is in a league of it's own. We have never been made to feel so welcome, the staff are all amazing, the room stunning, the gifts they gave us were so thoughtful and lovely. If you stay at this hotel and you don't leave feeling a little sad that your not staying longer with them you'd have to stark raving mad. Me, I'm a stark raving fan!

An excellent location, room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a separate walk in shower which was wonderful. The breakfast was really good value at $14 Euro for a continental breakfast and best of all check out is at noon weekdays and two pm at weekends. HIghly recommend this hotel

I always enjoy my stays in a Hilton Hotel and this was certainly no exception- although it is always advisable to pay with breakfast included as Euros30 p.p is rather pricey. Will definitely recommend the Hilton,Berlin as a centrally located hotel.

Can be recommended for business trips and family vacations. The only b-moll: had some problem to get the internet access with my MacBook Pro. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but could not solve the problem.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral neben dem Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse. Wegen dem neuen Baustil ist vom Bahnhof jedoch nichts zu hören. Es hat ein schönes Hallenbad im 8. Stock mit zwei Saunas und einem Fitnessraum. Trotz unserer zu früher Anreise haben wir sofort ein Hotelzimmer erhalten. Den Speiseteil kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir ihn nicht nutzten. Als einzig negativ zu werten ist, wenn man darauf Wert legt, die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer. Unsere war gegen den verglasten Innenraum des Hotels gerichtet und das Fenster lies sich nicht öffnen. Das Zimmer wurde mittels, leicht selbst einstellbarer Belüftung/Klimaanlage mit genügend Frischluft versorgt.
Wir waren mit dem Zimmer zufrieden :-)

We upgraded to a suite, while a little expensive, the accomodations could not have been finer. The staff was extremely pleasant, all in all a dream stay.
The short walk to the Brandenburg Gate and the closeness of Checkpoint Charlie made having a vehicle unimportant. Sony Area had all the restaurants you might want.

The entry to the hotel, the curtain club, the finishes in the room, and the bathtub were highlights of the stay for me. It all felt fairly luxurious, while maybe not as luxurious as I would have expected for a Ritz-Carlton. Staff was courteous, but the concierge desk was rather useless. I can not say enough about the location being so close to all the transit options, a great little grocery store, and a few great restaurants. I would choose this hotel again if staying in Berlin. It would be nice if several of the materials in the room weren't stained.

The hotel was in a great location, many wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well as shops. As a tourist, the concierge was top notch - recommendations on what to do proved wonderful, tickets were secured. All my needs were handled effortlessly.
The only thing missing was good lighting in my room. The mood lighting of yellow, pink and purple hues although interesting, wasn't functional and resulted in having a room with very low to dark light. The room itself was well appointed as was the bathroom.

Personal: Sehr nett, professionell, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.
Lage: Zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Anschluss an wichtige ÖV-Verbindungen quasi direkt vor der Haustüre.
Einrichtung: Sehr behaglich und geschmackvoll gestaltet.
Frühstück: Absoluter Hammer! Alles wird sofort nachgefüllt und ist sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Ausschliesslich frische Speisen: z.B. gesundes Birchermüsli mit geraffelten Äpfeln, über 10 verschiedene Säfte, diverses Geräuchertes, verschiedene Brot- und Käsesorten, liebevoll vorbereitete Fruchtstücke (z.B. filettierte! Orangenstücke, Melonenkügelchen), Lachs! Meeresfrüchtesalat etc. etc.
Akustik: Leider etwas ringhörig. In unserem strassenseitig gelegenen Zimmer im 6. Stock konnten wir sogar die U-Bahn vorbeirumpeln hören. Schlafen mit Ohrstöpseln geht aber problemlos.

emplacement idéal
on peut tout faire à pied , même si certaines fois les transports en commun dépannent ( qui sont à 500m max pour le métro !! )
chambre très spacieuse et très confortable.
jacuzzi ( trop frais 32,33°C ) salle de sport , piscine , sauna . tout pour se détendre avec une très grande amplitude horaire ( 6h - 23h ) si je ne me trompe pas
des restos , bars et boulangeries pas loin
si on devait chercher des points négatif : le wifi payant , le petit dej tres cher ( vaut mieux aller dans les restos alentour pour moitié moins on a le grand breakfast !! ) et le jacuzzi pas assez chaud

Ich hatte ein Apartment für drei Nächte gebucht. Der Wohnraum mit Küche war sehr geräumig und auch das Schlafzimmer war ausreichend groß. Alles Wichtige, das man zum Kochen braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Räume sind stilvoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Auch das Badezimmer war wunderbar.
In knapp fünf Minuten ist man bei der U-Bahnstation U2, die durch das Zentrum fährt. Die Friedrichsstraße oder Checkpoint Charlie hat man zu Fuß in knapp zehn Minuten erreicht und auch der Potsdamer Platz ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Der Supermarkt, zwei Minuten entfernt, hat nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl. Eine große Auswahl gibt es dafür am Potsdamer Platz.
Es stehen direkt vor dem Hotel Hochhausblöcke, was merkwürdig für die Lage eines 5-Sterne-Hotels ist. Aber sie sind eine Ausnahme in der Gegend, die (auch nachts) sicher und keineswegs unedel ist.
Das Personal war freundlich, geduldig und zuvorkommend.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut.
Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt und auch das Geschirr wird täglich abgewaschen.
Minuspunkte: die Ausstattung in der Küche war ganz gut, aber trotzdem etwas spärlich. Ein merkwürdiger Geruch hing im Zimmer, den man aber nur die ersten 10 Sekunden riechen konnte. Das Hotel ist im Zentrum Berlins, aber eher am Rand dieses Zentrums.

Trés bon hôtel, à recommander mise à part le petit déjeuner (25 €) en supplément un peu cher. Attention le concierge ne parle pas français, par du côté de grooms tous africains le parlent trés bien.

It's hard to articulate what this hotel does that other premium hotels don't. I think they basically do exactly what you want and need, without you having to ask for it. Staying here is EASY. The staff make it EASY. The quality of the rooms make it EASY. The location makes it EASY. Great hotel. Great staff. Will return without a doubt.

Sijainti on loistava, ja lähikulmilta löytyvät mm. ostoskeskus, pieni joulutori ja useita ruokaravintoloita. Aamiainen on erittäin hintava, mutta hotellia vastapäätä on pari kahvilaa, joista saa ihan kohtuullisen makuista kahvia. Larger guest room oli mukava ja tilava, sieltä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen ja erityisesti kylpyhuone oli hyvin varusteltu. Huonepalvelua en käyttänyt, mutta sen hinnat oli melko kohtuulliset.

The Marriot was an excellent choice for my weekend getaway. Perfect, SAFE location, and the hotel felt top notch. The room was enormous, beds comfy, and even though I'm not a TV person, the TV was huge too. Compared to most european hotels, the spacious comfort was remarkable for the price. Staff were friendly and accommodating, except in the restaurant- disappointingly slow and they got my order wrong twice. The bar, 'Catwalk,' was also super cool with a cocktail list to die for! Wished I could be there longer to sample more of them. Bartenders skilled and sleek, and great DJ too.
Drawbacks were no free wifi, and no proper curtains. I'm very light sensitive, and was out late both nights, so the bright morning light was less than welcome.
Overall, a GREAT choice for the neighborhood!

The service you receive at The Regent is the kind that is developed and mastered over years of focused and dedicated attention. Staff never hovers, but you never want for anything. There is never a housekeeping "cart" that you see in the hallway, but they are in the rooms servicing them. Restaurant staff is unparalleled in their attention to detail. Background music at the restaurants and lobby is exactly that - background. Music is unobtrusive. Rooms are huge by European standards; bathroom is capacious. Two areas of improvement - furniture in the bedrooms are beginning to show age and wear. Fitness center is a joke - equipment is limited and "cheap." Their multi-station equipmement is unsafe and ergonomically flawed. This is certainly a profound disappointment for a 5-star hotel.

Landed at the Villas as a last minute booking - all last minute bookings should be this wonderful. There is a lovely hotel next door by the same group but this spot is just next door and you get almost one on one personal service from the moment you arrive until you head on home. Amazing room. The metro is very close and it isn't a bad walk to the central area or the main train station. If you want to have a quiet peaceful evening just outside the central city with a great park to walk and run this is the spot for you.

Das Haus lag für uns an einem sehr guten Standort, in Zentrumsnähe mit gutem Verkehrsmittelangebot: Bus, S-Bahn, U-Bahn.
Das Hotel wird professionell geführt. Der Gast fühlt sich sehr gut betreut.

Der Aufenthalt war absolut super, das Hotel bestens ausgestattet und sauber. Ausserdem verfügt es über ein Business Center wo man kostenlos Compute/Drucker benutzen kann. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Pullmanns buchen!

Absolutely fantastical hotel. breakfasts great and staff very friendly and helpful. the pool was a bonus and wish we could stay longer we will be back sometime. decor in the hotel was very high class and definitely worth its five star rating.

Hervorragende Verbindung zum Flughafen (Bus 109). Das Hotel liegt mitten im Berliner Leben.
Der Service war ausgezeichnet; der Concierge hilft auch bei Kleinigkeiten, z.B. wenn man Briefmarken benötigt.

I checked into room 905 on April 25 for 4 nights. My reservation form clearly stated that the room paid for would be 37 square meters. When I checked in, I noticed the room was considerably smaller. I would guess around 30 square meters at the most. I am an architect and have a good sense of a room's area.
When I called the front desk, I was told there were no alternate rooms available, but that a new room would be assigned to us the following day, and that our bags would be moved for us.
After a day out, we were told by the man at the front desk that our luggage we removed to a larger room.
Unfortunately the new room #706 was exactly the same size, just a mirror image of #905.
My wife and I wasted our time packing our bags after the first night and were lied to by the staff.

The Concorde is well-placed, a few steps from Ku'damm and the Zoo. Rooms are quite spacious, beautifully fitted-out, and comfortable. Those giving onto the side street are also quiet.
Now the bad bits:
1: Temperature: the whole hotel is over-heated. In late September we - and the others at the same conference - were sweating the whole time. We - and others - asked repeatedly for the temperature to be turned down; nothing happened.
2: No stairs: There is no access except by lifts, which were slow and inadequate.
3: Breakfast: is a disgrace. Euros 26 fixed charge, for a good - but not exceptional - buffet. No ''light/continental breakfast'' option. Euros 6 would have been fair. Euros 16 expensive. Euros 26 is a rip-off.
4: Food: commercial. The hotel is set up essentially for the meeting/trade show/conference trade. It shows. Food is prettily prepared, but rather boring and frequently over-cooked. By the second day, we were looking to eat elsewhere.
5: Service: this is where the hotel really falls down. Most staff were just ''doing their jobs''; not going out of their way to be helpful. We had a 40kg package to ship back from the hotel, all arranged and the documentation signed. The concierge turned what should have been a simple dispatch into such a bureaucratic nightmare that we decided to carry it ourselves. The very opposite of what a concierge SHOULD do. When we asked to see a manager [ANY manager] to sort it out, we were told that ''he had already gone home'' and that seeing anyone ''would not be possible''.
6: Overall: a nice building, badly run. Five star pretensions; two star service. For the money, you can do better elsewhere in Berlin.

I was staying Christmas time in Berlin mark hotel and i enjoyd my stay there. Room was nice and clean. Location was good, still metro stop could be closer but it was about 5 minute walk away.
Neighbourhood was nice and safe.
especially i wanna thank the staff, they were really nice and helpful. I recommed this hotel warmly to everyone.

This was the first time that we stayed in the East Side of Berlin and we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is brand new but did not seem to have any operational quirks that we had to deal with.
The included breakfast was great - a real spread, not just a coffee cup and a danish.
The one drawback, the hotel is built on a brand new street so it is still under construction.
Walk to the UBahn isn't too bad (1 block for a station where you will have to transfer and about 3 blocks for a better line).
