I consider that area near the second airport as the suburban Berlin.20mn away from the metro city.I enjoyed the on time train schedule.

The locations It was great only a block away from the train station and 300 m from the airport. The hotel restaurant was very nice and the staff went above and beyond.
Description
This is one of Germany's largest hotels. It is a fabulous property with almost deluxe class rooms and an excellent choice of restaurants, even though the location is not central, but it can be easily reached by public transport.
1208/UL The design of the building is loosely based around that of a ship. It is a huge angular building constructed of glass, steel and beige stone. The hotel is located on a quiet side street in Berlin- Neukoeln. The hotel is within easy walking distance of public transport which takes guests straight to the city centre.

Hotel in a congress center - a congress center in a hotel. Lies in the outskirts of Berlin with good connections to city with S-trains and U-Bahns. They charge for internet 3,00 euros per beginning hour - log on/logg off and only the minutes you are logged on are counted. For me it was 15,00 euros for four days stay. Breakfast was not included (18,00 euros) which made the stay quite expensive.

a mon arrivée une odeur de cigarette froide terrible planait dans la chambre, j'ai du faire venir une personne avec un spray rafraichissant, au final trop de parfum et spray, j'ai du dormir a moitié asphyxié dans le froid glacial de berlin avec la fenêtre ouverte. les prix sont exorbitant pour tous les services. heureusement que le personnel est tres serviable et qu'il y a une navette depuis l'aeroport (un seul sens est gratuit, il faudra débourser 5 € pour le retour vers l'aeroport qui est à 6km)

目の前がバス通りなので移動には便利ですが、場所的には空港の近くでもなくベルリン市内でもなく、と、どっちつかずの感じが。
ホテル自体は、とてもきれいでしたし、朝食（９ユーロ）も美味しかったです。
