Charming hotel, room was clean and spacious and nice ammenities. However, shower experience included spirts of hot and cold scorching. Service was great and the room was quiet. location requires driving to local tourist attractions.

Description
The hotel was opened in 1991 in the Berlin-Tiergarten district, an excellent location neighbouring the government area of the capital. The underground line number 9 stops next to the hotel and is only two stops from the famous Kurfürstendamm. The new main train station "Hauptbahnhof" is only 1 mile away. Numerous bus routes provide convenient connections to anywhere in Berlin. The hotel's 49 guest rooms were designed with the business person in mind. All rooms provide luxury, comfort and functionality including W-LAN. The average size of the rooms is 26 square metres. In 2010 a redecoration of 16 rooms has been finished. The new rooms offer TV flat screens, wood panels and modern furniture in a bright coloured ambience. Almost all rooms offer a balcony overlooking the busy city or the quiet backyard and a charming little park.The Park restaurant with garden terrace offering a rich breakfast buffet and one meeting room up to 20 persons as well as a modern hotel lounge with open bar, flat TV and internet corner round off the hotel facilities.

Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. We got an upgrade to a suite which was perfect as we travelled with a baby. Breakfast was great but not included. S-Bahn is next to the hotel, so it is easy to get around. And it is next to the Tiergarten!

..because I got upgraded and got a beautiful suite. We could invite our friends for drinks comfortably and had a nice open view on the street. I was able to park and leave my car just in front of the hotel. SUPER feature: there is a department store in the very same building. The metro station is 50 m away. Overall just a great experience

Since the hotel is located near a busy intersection, ask for a higher floor room if you want more quiet. Unfortunately, the highest floor rooms are not non-smoking. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and patiently answered several questions from us stateside visitors. The room was bright and airy with expansive windows, large bathroom. It also had a kitchenette.

More of a family-run hotel as it has only 33 rooms and the staffs make a big effort to look after their guests. Guests are welcomed with friendly atmosphere and I highly recommend this hotel.
0707/UL The hotel is in an apartment-style building. The hotel is located in a quiet side street within walking distance to Tiergarten, the park land in the centre of Berlin. The tube and bus stop are only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, with direct connection to the historical eastern part and the lively western part of the city.

Nuestra estancia ha sido satisfactoria. Sólo hemos echado de menos algún menaje como una espumadera para frituras o un par de mantelitos para apoyar los platos y vasos sin dañar la mesa del comedor. Tampoco estaría mal aumentar un poco la potencia de las lámparas, pues las actuales dan un aire de tristeza a la habitación.

This was a great place to stay, we were in town for the Athletics, so it was very handy to get to the stadium and other parts of town as it's a 5 min walk to the underground.
Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly. It was a great place to stay and highly recommend it if you want independence and to do your own thing.

Description
The Alecsa Hotel am Olympiastadion is equally popular for families and business travelers. The hotel is located in the green district "Berlin - Charlottenburg". It only takes 5 minutes to the Berliner "Waldbuehne" and 15 minutes to the "Olympic stadium" on foot. You can go directly in a few minutes to the fairground ICC and the "Zoologischer Garten" by public transport. Our hotel offer 51 generous guest rooms, a Restaurant with Bar, a sun terrace, an elevator and free internet terminals in our hotel lobby as well as own chargeable parking.
The guest rooms are bright and they all have a private balcony, a desk, a direct dial telephone and cable TV with free Sky channels. The bath rooms are equipped with a bath/shower/WC ,a hair dryer and some care products.
The Alecsa Hotel am Olympiastadion is in the near from the S-Bahn station Pichelsberg. You can reach it with the S-Bahn lines S3 and S75.
From ICE-Spandau station it takes 8 minutes by the S-Bahn. From "Berlin Hauptbahnhof" you can reach the hotel directly in about 20 minutes.

Very convenient and near to food and shopping and subway trains. Close to the airport even by cab.

Das Hotel ist modern und schön eingerichtet.
Unser Zimmer war sauber und sehr ordentlich und zudem wirklich geräumig.
Leider hab wir ein Behindertengerechtes Zimmer direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl bekommen (Türklinken sehr niedrig, Toilette sehr hoch, Ebenerdige Dusche ohne Vorhang sodass nach dem Duschen das komplette Bad unter Wasser stand, keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad außer auf dem Waschbecken selbst).
Die Lage ist ok, man erreicht in ca 1 Gehminute die U-Bahn. Auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man an Penny und Rossman vorbei. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein Restaurant und ein Obst&Gemüse Händler. Ansonsten ist selbst an einem Freitagabend eher tote Hose in der Gegend.
Parken auf dem Hotelparkplatz kostet 14,-€ pro Tag (!). Man kann aber auch kostenlos an der Strasse parken - wenn man eine Lücke findet.
