This is a very nice hotel with great rooms and ammenities. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are a great way to relax after long travels or a day of sightseeing.

This was the first time that I have had an unsatisfactory Orbitz arrangements agreement with a hotel. My reservation for a king size bed room was cancelled, and so the staff only offered me a twin size room without the special rate. The staff showed me the email correspondence that transpired to cause them to cancel my reservation, and it truly appears that Orbitz was at fault. Please call me and I can share more details. [@]

Baden-Baden is a great retreat spot. I paid in advance with CT, then when I checked out, the hotel said I had to pay again. The hotel bill was higher than the CTs bill but I either paid it or go to jail. I placed a hold on the charges with my credit card and let them figure it out. Perhaps CT could give a more concise form so when the hotel staff see it, they know exactly what the program is. Very embarrassing!!

The hotel was perfectly located in the middle of Baden Baden. The spa area was great and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The massage we received was decent. The room was nice but a bit small and the mattress on the bed was not queen sized but two twins put together. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would do it again.

違う感じです。部屋はクラシックな豪華な調度品に高い天井で、とても雰囲気を
楽しめるものでした。多分バスタブのほうは温泉ではないかと思います。
併設のレストランは、とてもサービスも良く、価格も高くジャケット必須ですが
味は塩分がけっこうきつく、もう少し洗練されるとよい感じ。
朝食は表示になかったけど込みで、大変豪華な品揃えのブッフェでした。

This is a very nice and friendly hotel in Baden Baden, it is basic but the family run hotel and its staff try to make. 1008 SR A traditional German 19th century townhouse, 4 floors high and with a white facade. The hotel is located in Baden Baden Lichtental, just a 5 minute drive from the city centre in a quiet beautiful location.

The location is ideal. It is on the main bus line. The hotel is old and shows the wear and tear of the years. The room arrangement is inconvenient: the toilet is in a narrow, long room. The shower and wash basin are in the bedroom, resulting in high humidity when you use the shower. The rugs are worn and overall the building could use some maintenance. Breakfast was good. The owners/mamagers are very friendly and helpful. Given the prices of other hotels in Baden Baden, it is worthwhile for those on a limited budget.

Located outside is a terrace area where you can enjoy the sites and sounds of the Festspielhaus. The hotel is centrally located directly opposite the famous Festspielhaus and only a few minutes walk away from the Kurhaus, Casino and shopping area. A bus and train links are also directly outside the hotel for easy access from the centre of town or the airport.

The room was very cold despite the radiators that were at the maximum. One day, the cleaning staff forgot to lock my door after cleaning, and the room remained open.
On the positive side, the location is very good, right across the road from the opera house and the bus stop. The breakfast was very copious, and breakfast hours are convenient.

Convenient location near center of town; charming old-fashioned decor; lovely dining room and excellent cuisine at dinner and breakfast; gracious staff. Anyone with difficulty climbing stairs, however, should request a ground floor room, as there is no elevator. And although everything is perfectly clean, the upholstery and carpeting in our room as well as the bed mattress are all looking a bit worn and should probably be replaced before too long.

Ok sans plus. Très bien placé (5 minutes des thermes), avec un garage. Chambre très spacieuse mais canapé et lits (très) peu confortables, 1 oreiller sur 2 pas génial.
Petit déjeuner très correct, si ce n'était la réutilisation de nourriture...
Bref assez bon, mais pas pour cette gamme de prix.

This is a senior home facility, yet only with very few seniors around. The hotel is overall clean but empty. The dinner buffet is horrible, if a buffet in a Las Vegas hotel cost you 18 dollars, this one should only worth 1 dollar, yet it charges 18.5 EURO, and as drink, you only get one bottle of spring water. Isn't it horrible? There is no kitchennet in the room, which is very common in many of the hotel rooms in Europe. I guess it is because it would be too dangerous for the seniors. There are emergency call buttons everywhere in the room and bathroom, additional evidence it is converted from senior dorms. The night can be scary and quiet, and since the main color tone of the hotel is white (you can guess why), it can or iry to walk in the corridor at night......

I was at the annual reinsurance conference in this wonderful town..what can I say..the Aqua Aurelia was a perfect, very comfortable, beautifully decorated, friendly service, good restaurant refuge from the madness of the event itself. In fact on 2 nights, I decided to stay in rather than go to the events..a first for me! It really was that good. If I can, I will go back for sure.
