Je n'ai pas à me plaindre car pour 155 € voiture 24h incluse on m'a affecté ... la suite présidentielle (affichée 950 à 1250 € la nuit !!!) ... mais dans un hôtel 4* en France est il normal que la porte d'un meuble TV me reste dans les mains, que le tuyau de douche soit tout juste assez long pour prendre une douche debout, que le plafond de la salle de bains soit cabossé (pannes de faux plafond en laiton prétentieux) et que le produit nuit calme proposé le soit exclusivement en anglais sans traduction en français ? Non mais heureusement je parle couramment anglais. Bref hôtel à l'américaine très prétentieux au personnel aseptisé mais confort de la chambre normal pour un 4*. Petit déjeuner quelconque facturé 23 € !!!

A modern building in a central location, with good transport links. The studio apt. had everything one needed & was in good condition. A special thank you to the proffesional & helpful Sejours & Affaires staff. I look forward to visiting here again soon. Also, I will be delighted to advise business colleagues, as well as tourists, to choose Sejours & Affaires De Brienne for their stay in Toulouse. I visit many "hotel residences" in France & here deserves top marks.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The Service was incredible, the Front Desk staff extremely helpful, the Restaurant impeccable. The rooms were lovely with the best beds ever. It was truly a delightful experience.

The location is perfect! Right in the center, next to all the shops and restaurants. Very close the metro as well!
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were small, but comfortable. All around a good place to stay while in Toulouse - will stay there again next time!

Ideally located in the center of Toulouse, this 3-star holiday residence is a stone's throw from Place Wilson and Place Capitole. The Adagio Toulouse Parthénon is also 15 minutes from the airport and Airbus Training Center. Everything has been designed with longer stays in mind; our 99 apartments have a kitchen, separate bedroom, lounge with sofa bed and desk space. Our reception team is available 24 hours a day and there is a daily cleaning service.

This hotel would be perfect for a longer stay on a budget. It was quiet, clean, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. However, it is really intended for longer stays of several days or weeks. The rooms are comfortable but a bit spartan. Its not easy to find the first time (lobby is on 9th floor) and you need to have the code or call to have the front door opened for you. But the staff were so pleasant and helpful that we were quite happy with our stay.

Très propre et agréable residhotel. Bien isolé, équipements de qualité. On est a côté des rails, et on entend même pas les trains passer tellement c'est bien isolé (triple vitrage, je crois). Seuls Bémols : il faut marcher 8 minutes de la station métro. Aussi, il n'y a pas d'accueil durant la nuit. Mais on s'y fait vite à ces inconvénients, on y reviendrait facilement.

the location was excellent, only one block away from the main street, and two blocks away from the subway station (metro). Within a few minutes walking distance, i can easily access many good restaurants and city hall and the office of tourism. Considering the price of the hotel, it was very comfortable.

Older very basic hotel in seedier area, its main redeeming features are its proxinity to train station and good , but basic buffet breakfast and staff helpfulness.

Great value on night before early flight

This was a great choice for an early morning departure with our airport rental car return. Amenities we used were the free coffee in the lobby (and rooms) and the free internet access in lobby. The pool looked great and the setting was quiet. You are in a gated lot so parking is secure in what appears to be a residential neighborhood. We left at 4:30 am so didn't try the breakfast. There is a hotel shuttle but we departed too early to use it. Lobby was under renovation so some drywall dust on carpets, but restaurant and bar looked fine. Only complaint is that morning staffer didn't recognize Orbitz prepaid information until after some discussion.

Despite being included in the 3 star category in several US internet sites, this is a two star hotel (based mainly b/c of its elevator access) but should definitely be considered a one star hotel. First, their own website homepage is very misleading. The historic building shown is of course of the city centre and town hall. This hotel is out of the way behind an alley with no trace of any historical or other charm. The only large space was its main floor lobby which is not at all the same as their photograph. (No sign of black contemporary furniture anywhere). From there, the hotel takes on the look and feel of the dirtiest of hostels that has not been cleaned nor updated since the early 80s. Only one person and a suitcase will fit in the so called elevator. Past the narrow hallways with threadbare carpeting, we entered our double - the room's size was 1.5 feet wider from the perimeter of the double bed. There was indeed a coffee maker but with 2 cups covered in dust and 2 teaspoons that were gelled together by remnants of someone's coffee and sugar. The walls were covered in various stains - some in blood of insects that had been smashed against the wall. The window and the bathroom tub (walls covered in a linoleum adhesive that was peeling back showing glue and mold) were outlined in black mold, dirt and dead insects. This hotel should be avoided at all cost.
