Je n'ai pas à me plaindre car pour 155 € voiture 24h incluse on m'a affecté ... la suite présidentielle (affichée 950 à 1250 € la nuit !!!) ... mais dans un hôtel 4* en France est il normal que la porte d'un meuble TV me reste dans les mains, que le tuyau de douche soit tout juste assez long pour prendre une douche debout, que le plafond de la salle de bains soit cabossé (pannes de faux plafond en laiton prétentieux) et que le produit nuit calme proposé le soit exclusivement en anglais sans traduction en français ? Non mais heureusement je parle couramment anglais. Bref hôtel à l'américaine très prétentieux au personnel aseptisé mais confort de la chambre normal pour un 4*. Petit déjeuner quelconque facturé 23 € !!!

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The Service was incredible, the Front Desk staff extremely helpful, the Restaurant impeccable. The rooms were lovely with the best beds ever. It was truly a delightful experience.

The location is perfect! Right in the center, next to all the shops and restaurants. Very close the metro as well!
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were small, but comfortable. All around a good place to stay while in Toulouse - will stay there again next time!

The hotel proved to be in a great location for our needs, close to good eating, and walking distance to lots of tourist oriented sights. Despite the central location it was quiet and comfortable.

the location was excellent, only one block away from the main street, and two blocks away from the subway station (metro). Within a few minutes walking distance, i can easily access many good restaurants and city hall and the office of tourism. Considering the price of the hotel, it was very comfortable.

Cet ancien hôtel bon marché a été réaménagé en établissement élégant et plutôt haut de gamme. Situé à proximité immédiate du Capitole, il offre les charmes de cette situation et ses légers inconvénients (petit tapage nocturne des fêtards). Le design est un peu moderne, jouant sur les transparences sans en rajouter dans les effets faciles. Les chambres, raisonnablement spacieuses, justifient leur prix par des équipements comme le téléphone sans fil ou l'appareil à café haute pression. La seule réserve porte sur l'accueil et le service du petit déjeuner, courtois mais tout de même bien minimaliste si l'on compare avec des équivalents dans d'autres grandes villes européennes.

This hotel is unexpected good value for the money. The rooms are quite good and the breakfast spread very good. They had an electric kettle in the room (quite unusual in France), free internet, and reasonably priced parking.
The metro was not far away, and the immediate neighbourhood had a good selection of restaurants, from take-away to elegant places.
A hotel I would not hesitate to choose again.

Excellent central location for visiting the city on foot. Free use of PC/internet and coffee machine in lobby - much appreciated. Underground parking was useful though expensive. Liked the set-up with a good kitchen facility in the suite. The only negative point was the twin bed settee arrangement, chosen no doubt to suit the "lounge" room style. A decent double bed would have been a great improvement.

A very comfortable stay in a convenient location. The street can be slightly rowdy at night but it is well lit and not threatening in any way. Getting out of the car park was a bit of a knack and only 1 out of 3 power sockets were working in the bedroom. We didn't want to self-cater, but the facilities for doing so were very adequate - even a mini dish-washer! Staff were very friendly and helpful. A good base for exploring the pink city.
