We stayed only 1 night in order to catch early am flight. Very helpful staff. Tram tickets (with directions) available at the front desk. The desk clerk also showed me how to type '@' on a French keyboard.
Two minute walk to the tram. Very comfortable beds. Restaurant sandwiches were especially tasty even for France.
Minuses = no airport shuttle, no spare towels.

Hotel war sehr sauber, Personal sehr sympatisch, Frühstück gut (hat uns jedoch 14 Euro/ Person gekostet), vom Hauptbahnhof bis zum Hotel waren wir etwa 15 - 20 Min. unterwegs zu Fuß, auch vom Tram mussten wir etwa so lange zu Fuß gehen. Zwei Restaurants in der Nähe (Italiener & Inder). Könnten uns vorstellen, nochmals dort zu übernachten. Internet ist kostenfrei (Passwort an der Repzeption holen). Wir bezahlten 160 Euro für 2 Nächte (Standard), welches meiner Meinung nach in Ordnung war. Wir kamen mit dem Zug nach Strasbourg & somit sparten wir uns Sprit & die Parkgebühren.

Wenn die Wegbeschreibung in Internet steht, alles ist perfect.
Das Hotel liegt neben am Garten Orangerie . Dort gibt es einen kleinen Zoo. wir haben eine kleine Küche und einen schönen Balkon gegenüber dem Garten, Wir mochten selbst im Zimmer zum Abend kochen, es hat gut gepasst. In der Nähe gab es Simply und wir haben gut eingekauft. Alle Rezeptionisten waren sehr freuntlich und konnten gut Deutsch und Englisch sprechen.
Das Hotel liegt leider weit von der Straßenbahnstation c und e (circa 12 Minuten von Observatorie zu Fuß gehen)
Wir haben gutes Frühstück erwartet, weil das Hotel 4 Sterne ist. Aber leider kontten wir kein Gemüse essen. leide ist Frühstücksraum etwas zu klein

draps du dessous en tissu éponge, drap du dessus de couleur douteuse..... nous avons dormi habillés. Salle de bain minuscule, mon mari ne tenait pas dans la douche.... pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain... aucun insonnorisation...

The hotel lobby needs a little face lift -- but the rest of the hotel is great. The staff was really friendly. Our room was large by US standards, with a King size bed and a large bath with all the amenities. It was very clean and the staff was really nice. It was a short walk to the Cathedral and Petit France. I highly recommend this hotel and if I visit Strasbourg I will stay there again.
