Fine hotel for the business traveler

Superb hotel with spacious, extremely comfortable, elegantly appointed modern rooms. Located about seven minutes from CDG Terminal 2. Is connected by a free shuttle that runs every half hour from two locations. It is an absolute bargain catering to the business traveler. One could not possibility find anything comparable within Paris itself for less than four or five times the price. The restaurant is up to fine French standards with excellent service. The spa is not finished yet, but is scheduled to be ready later in 2012. Then the hotel would be just perfect.

Great new hotel. Would stay there again. Pros: Very large modern rooms w small kitchenette and huge bathroom. Close to the airport and Rachid the porter was amazingly nice and helpful. So quiet at night- felt like I was only one there (wasn't though-there were two large tour groups
Con: A hotel with SPA in the title should have better soaps/shampoos. No shop or good foods in bar. Night agent told me come down 5 minutes early and they can get me to the airport immediately, while morning staff said the shuttle goes on the half hour. Need to get staff trained consistently. All in all though- great, clean, new and large accomodations.

i was greeted graciously, after a very long day of travel. The woman checking me into the hotel could not have been nicer. When I was checking out the nexr morning for a flight, again the woman at the front desk was very helpful in checking the information which I needed about my flight. She made my experience at the airport much less stressful.

Well-priced and Convenient to Airport

I wanted to stay near the Charles de Gaulle airport for an early flight out the next day. This was a good, inexpensive option.
The free shuttle does not belong to the hotel, but is a bus that serves several area hotels. The bus also serves another Novotel, so make sure you get off at the correct spot! Shuttles are about every 40 minutes during the day, and every 20 minutes in the morning and evening. The lobby of the hotel had a television screen announcing when the next shuttle was expected to leave.
The hotel was not convenient on foot to either the airport or the RER. I think that there were restaurants in the area, but I went to the airport via the shuttle, and met with friends to go into the city. I did not eat breakfast the next day.
My room had a double bed and a day bed. It was possible to draw a curtain across the room to separate them. Room had a safe, fridge, microwave and hotpot. The television provided many channels and free movies, and the wireless access was good. The room was modern and clean. I would stay there again.

Easy access to terminals by tram.took only 10min.hotel rooms clean (rug stained needs cleaning)and comfortable,very modern.staff was friendly.
Restaurant/bar was dirty and expensive food just fair and bar tender was distracted to say the least.but we were not there for gourmet delight just snack before turning in for morning flight.
On a whole, filled our needs would go back but only after meal in Paris first!

Very easy to fall out of bed into your plane. It's about a 20 minutes walk from the hotel reception to the departure gates for Air France flights.
The restaurant is a bit pricey and there are few alternatives in CDG, so prepare in advance.

Once we arrived at the hotel it was very nice. The bad part was getting there. Nothing was really labeled on how to get the shuttle. It may be helpful in the future to print instructions right on confirmation.
Funny that in the room they only provided two pillows. Maybe we are just used to two pillows for each person that hotels in US provide.

We had to use a crowded shuttle to get to the hotel. The hotel was very good but the restaurant was quite expensive both for dinner (expected) and for breakfast (up to 22 Euros per person). Although we made our reservations a couple of months in advance, we were given the choice of a smoking room with king size bed or a non-smoking room with twin beds.
Considering all things I would give this hotel 7 out of 10

the bus service to airport was very inadequate. Instead of dropping you at your airline gate you were dropped off at a central location and had to make an extremely long walk to the ticket facilities.
for someone in a hurry, this would be totally unsatisfactory. This marriott should have there own shuttle service as a service to their customers, that is the main reason we stayed there. If we would have known this shuttle service was so poor, we would have stayed elsewhere.
