A basic and functional hotel in a great location for the metro and with lots of nearby restaurants and cafe's. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Daily towel change was a bonus. Breakfast uninspiring but gets you started for the day.
Overall, the hotel was marginally better than expected and I would recommend it as a budget destination.

The Hotel is Northwest of the center of the city. Many subway lines come there. If you prefer there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport for around 17 euro each way. Is worth it if it is a hot day. The Hotel was surprisingly clean. They charge extra for breakfast, setup on trays. You can carry your tray outside into a nice little garden. They also charge extra for internet. The neighborhood around the Hotel I found very nice. A local area with plenty of places to buy fresh food at markets or buy at restaurants and bars. The prices are much better then when you are in the center of Paris. If you have the chip and pin in your credit card you can rent bikes by the hour from stations all over the city. I did this for days and it was the perfect way to see the city and get around. For the price this Hotel was incredible!

Very clean, friendly staff, close to Metro 2 line (Rome station). Walking distance to Starbucks and other Wifi spots.
Opt for the breakfast feature. Menu doesn't change, but is a great value for fresh food to start your day.
Would stay again.

Great time in Paris accompanied by a relaxing time in the hotel. Suited near the dense city metro system, the hotel interiors are well decorated, maintained and cleaned. Restricted space was not really a problem. Continental breakfast was excellent and of high quality. Some noisance within the day is justified due to the age of the building.

Hôtel très bien situé, au calme, tout près du Moulin Rouge et de la station de métro Blanche. Chambre au 5e étage confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié pour moins de 10 euros par personne (prendre le programme de fidélité Mas, qui est gratuit). Deux bémols : climatisation en panne et salle de bain à rénover. Dans l'ensemble, séjour très satisfaisant pour un prix abordable, grâce au pack vol + hôtel proposé par E-Bookers.

We just needed a 3 star hotel that was close to the main sites that Paris had to offer. The hotel was clean, the double twin room was spacious and the front desk spoke english very well and were extremely helpful.
The elevator was incredibly small, and I doubt 4 people could fit in there. Otherwise a good experience.

Hotel Terass is a great location from which to explore Paris, particularly if you like Montmarte! About 10min walk from closest metro stop. Great views of the city (and the cemetary) if you're willing to pay a little extra. The rooms are quite small, but I believe that's to be expected for Paris.
We had hoped to avail of the terrace bar during our stay, but unfortunately it was closed for the whole weekend.
Also, rookie mistake I know, but make sure breakfast is included in your booking if that's what you want!

I love where this hotel was located and the price was great. I liked our room and the bathroom was absolutely perfect. Neither my wife or I slept very well because it was very hot and when we opened the window there was quite a bit of noise. If that's not a problem then this hotel is perfect for an inexpensive getaway.
Its across the street from a great neighborhood bakery and the pastries are good and average priced. There's also a neighborhood mini-grocery store next door which was convenient.
C'était pas mal. La chambre était parfaite et la salle de bains était trés propre et absolument parfaite pour nous. Par contre nous avons mal dormi a cause de la chaleur. Comme on avait chaud on a overt la fenetre mais il y avait trop de bruit dehors c'est donc nous avons mal dormi.

I spent one night at the hotel. Chose the hotel based on cheap price and location. Free Wifi, clean linens, safe, good size room. The front staff was very unfriendly, and bathroom was a bit nasty. I didn't use the shower since it was unclean. The grout had black stuff growing on it. It was safe, clean and comfortable otherwise. I think it is good for the price and I have had worse. I don't love it. Pretty close to the Rome metro station, and there were cafes and super markets near by. It is in safe and quiet area. If you are doing a lot of sight seeing, the location is not the best since it on on line 2 and pretty far from major sights other than Sacre Coer and Montmartre (which I love). There is a parking garage near by, so if you are driving it will be good. Overall just OK. It works f you are not too picky.

really enjoyed our stay at the Royalle, its quite a small hotel with very unusual decor, plush, opulent, would go back again if in Paris. Only down side was that it is right in the red light area which we did not realise before hand - did not cause us any problems. 100mt to metro station.

Don't expect high-end bells and whistles here. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny and the furniture really crowds up the space here. The bed were sub-par and the elevators were a bit outdated and can only fit three people maximum.
However, with that said, the service of the staff was above normal. They were friendly and were willing to go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our receptionist diligently helped us find a local brasserie in the area, called to confirm our airport shuttle, and happily gave us various things (wine opener, champagne flutes, silverware) to top our indoor Parisian picnic. When it was time for us to tip her at the end, she humbly refused, adding that it was a pleasure to help us. This was exactly the charm of the people of this city that impressed us.
The area, though not anywhere near the major tourist attractions and a good 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station, is no less charming than the Parisians themselves. They were local brasseries, boulengeries, supermarkets, chocolatiers, and cafes all over, at a safe distance from the huge tourist crowds. If you want to be close to all the action, this place isn't for you. But if you want to explore the outer fringes like a local, then you'll love this area.

Very near Lamarcke-Calincourte metro. Use the elevator coming up if you are lazy, it is near 100ish stairs going down. It is Metro line 14, you can change to more central lines at Madeleine and Concorde. Buy a pass for the Metro, it is really convenient. Safe to walk even late at night, there are always people around. Arrange breakfast in the hotel, it is most convenient that way. There is a pastry shop, a cheese shop, a wine shop, and a bit expensive grocery quite nearby. Also a nice book shop, a toy store, and some restaurants/bars there. Not a long walk from the Montmartre cemetary, notr from the Moulin Rouge. Hotel staff will give you what you need, but this is not to be confused with coddling. Everything is appropriate for the cash you pay. If you need servants, go elsewhere. If you want a clean and comfortable place to stay, not crippling your wallet, stay here.

Hotel Desk spoke English - very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in hilly MontMantre area of Paris - 15 minute walk from Metro (uphill). Close to Sacre Cour & Moulin Rouge. Only serves breakfast, but lots of great bistros to eat. Very clean, comforatble. Not spacious, but very reasonable for Paris. Internet service. Quiet, off the tourist track. Price reasonable.

We chose this hotel for our first trip to Paris for 5 nights.Since we didnot bring the electric adapter, we ended up not being able to charge anything like laptop, camera and cell phone. The hotel doesnot give any help for this .

Several blocks from the nearest metro station, Rome. However, the hotel is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Although, I asked for a quiet room, I was told none were available. Our room was in the front corner of the building which was very noisy all night long. I would try this hotel again IF a quiet room was available.

nous sommes rests 2 jours dans cet hotel, déco très sympa, mais notre chambre n'a pas été faite le 1er jour, obligé de descendre chercher des serviettes propres, pas d'excuse le lendemain, et pour le petit déjeuner, plus de pain, plus de croissants... nous avons signalé tous ces problèmes à la réception, mais ce n'était pas leur problème.... très décus....

This hotel was suprisingly modern and well decorated. It was situated within short walking distance of the Metro and also the gorgeous Monmatre district was just around the corner with all its fabulous bars and very French restaurants. The breakfast was included and offered a good choice - coffee very strong though - but ti was Europe.
The staff were suoer friendly and enjoyed my attempt to speak French and didn't even speak automatically back to me in English as is often the case.
Would definitely stay there again.

The location is fine - close to a Metro station and with many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood.
The room - even if it was called "Luxe" - was very small and not well maintained, in particular the bathroom could need a handyman to fix a number of things.

Nice place to stay however some small complaints below:
Free internet access but the connection was quite bad.
Small safe in the wardrobe could not be used as previous occupant had left the safe locked, presumably for a joke. We asked the hotel staff to unlock it but nothing happened even though they promised to solve the problem. The soap appeared in the bathroom only the second day.
Positive aspects: quiet and safe hotel with easy and fast access to any place in the downtown. Quite many shops, cafes, restaurants in the neighbourhood.

La télé ne fonctionne que su 5 chaines françaises et pas de réception de qualité télécommande avec scotch !!!

Hotel economico para Paris y con bajo presupuesto. Habitaciones standar. Desayuno incluido mas que aceptable. Poco ruido.
Baño pequeño, asi como el ascensor, donde caben dos personas abrazadas. Muy cerca del terminal del metro en la Porte de Clignancourt.
Barrio muy sucio y lleno de inmigrantes; intimida a la primera vista, pero nunca nada de que quejarse.
Volvería solo por el precio

Echtes Low-Budget-Hotel. Gäste sollten keine allzu großen Erwartungen haben. Hochgewachsene Personen sollten im Zimmer aufpassen, da die TV-Konsole sehr scharfkantig ist (Kopfverletzungen nicht ausgeschlossen); Frühstück war im Preis enthalten, aber französisch-karg. Personal an der Rezeption freundlich, im engen Frühstücksraum allerdings weniger, Umgebung sehr "einheimisch", was ein Glücksfall war: sehr nette abendliche Begegnung in der nächsten Eckkneipe - einfach super. Metroanbindung hervorragend - 10-15 Min in die Innenstadt.
Als Sparhotel für Kurzaufenthalt durchaus brauchbar

It was a nice hotel, with spacious rooms (for Paris). Clean with courteous staff and a good location near Sacre Coeur. The area was quite nice as well. A bit of a walk to the river but nothing you can't handle. We chose to walk through to lovely street then go the underground Metro route.

The location is very good,and the staff are friendly but they could atleast have a shower curtain in the bathroom and a hook to hang the clothes. Just one towel rail for both fresh & used towels.

The Bellevue Hotel, a newly renovated 3 star hotel, is in a great location at the foot of the Sacré Coeur Basilica in the Montmartre area, renowned for its little cafés and restaurants full of life and atmosphere. All of the local attractions are easily reached by local transport at Metro Anvers, which is a few stops away from the Gare du Nord station, and there are metro stops such as Etoile (the Champs Elysees) and Opera quite close to the hotel.
The hotel offers good accommodation in a typical Parisian fashion. All 36 charming and comfortable rooms are pleasantly decorated in burgundy or blue tones, all of which are equipped with brand new white bathrooms including WC, Shower/bath, television, telephone and internet access (ask your local provider for their local access number) to guarantee all visitors a pleasant stay. There is a breakfast room located in the main lobby next to the reception area, as well as an elevator for your convenience. A few finishing touches are missing (paintings and new furniture in the breakfast room are expected very soon) in the lobby area. The street neighbourhood is very quiet at night. Very good value for money!

Hotel encore en travaux donc pas de confort wifi etc...Service peu arrangant à l'arrivée. J'ai été accueilli par un messieur très désagréable limite impoli qui n'était même pas au courant des conditions de ma réservation faite le matin même par téléphone avec une responsable de l'hotel. Peu de savoir vivre dans cet accueil. Cependant, par la suite j'ai vu le responsable qui s'en est excusé mais il vaut mieux pas avoir de souci avec cet hôtel !!Pas très mal placé mais pas tout près non plus de la tour eiffel. Bien placé pour l'arc de triomphe. Hotel propre et neuf. Lit nickel ! Bon considérant le petit déjeuner en buffet très agréable et le service café à toute heure.
