Hotel Terass is a great location from which to explore Paris, particularly if you like Montmarte! About 10min walk from closest metro stop. Great views of the city (and the cemetary) if you're willing to pay a little extra. The rooms are quite small, but I believe that's to be expected for Paris.
We had hoped to avail of the terrace bar during our stay, but unfortunately it was closed for the whole weekend.
Also, rookie mistake I know, but make sure breakfast is included in your booking if that's what you want!

Hotel Chat Noir was a great place for my mother and I to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke English very well. I was mostly impressed by how well maintained the hotel was. Our room was spotless every time we returned. The linens were clean and comfortable. The room is small but sufficient. The bathroom was spotless and it had a modern style. The downfall of this hotel was the lack of amenities and the thin walls. I would not recommend it for families with children and if staying there keep in mind that your neighbours hear everything. I would go out of my way to stay at Hotel Chat Noir in the future...but I may pack a pair of earplugs.

For a two star hotel in Europe, this hotel was great and exceeded my expectations. The room was recently renovated, so the bathroom looked like it was pretty much brand new and the beds were very comfortable. The linens were also like brand new. My room was on the 5th floor and there was some noise from the nearby train tracks, but it wasn't too bad. The staff were incredibly nice and always welcomed me back to the hotel and answered all the questions that I had. Overall -- I strongly recommend this hotel as a budget friendly place to stay that is relatively centrally located.

La primera noche no pudimos dormir en el hotel porque estaba completo y nos llevaron a otro más alejado de la ciudad. Aunque no hablemos mucho frances la televisión del hotel nunca funcionó.
Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicacón, ya que tiene la estación de metro al lado.

We enjoyed our stay at Jardins de Paris Montmartre
. Very helpful staff. Room was small, but typical for France. They had a small breakfast buffet for 10 euro a person. Liked staying in the Montmarte section of Paris and it was easy to get on the Metro to head to the more tourist sections of town. Would definitely go back and stay at the same hotel.
