The Hotel is Northwest of the center of the city. Many subway lines come there. If you prefer there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport for around 17 euro each way. Is worth it if it is a hot day. The Hotel was surprisingly clean. They charge extra for breakfast, setup on trays. You can carry your tray outside into a nice little garden. They also charge extra for internet. The neighborhood around the Hotel I found very nice. A local area with plenty of places to buy fresh food at markets or buy at restaurants and bars. The prices are much better then when you are in the center of Paris. If you have the chip and pin in your credit card you can rent bikes by the hour from stations all over the city. I did this for days and it was the perfect way to see the city and get around. For the price this Hotel was incredible!

パリの一般的な小さなホテルですが、従業員の方々も親切で温かみを感じました。特筆すべきは、地下鉄サンラザールの駅から徒歩２～３分。また、３号線・１２号線・１３号線・１４号線と４本入っており、動くのに大変便利です。
ビジネスでも旅行でも使いやすいと思います。
もう一つは料金の安さです。

This hotel was just steps away from the train station,Gare St Lazare. this is a great place to stay if you are taking a train from the Caen. We got off a transatlantic cruise in the UK ( southampton) and took a ferry to France.

Hotel is great...close to all important points,Metro and buses.Very clean and well kept.Great value.I would have liked a coffee machine,since I am an addict...need to have it first thing in the morning! I would definitely recommend or/and go back to this hotel.

The hotel was clean, very close to Champ Elysee. Safe Area. A good Italian restaurant right across. 40 Euros to the airport with taxi. And 10 euros with taxi from St. Germain area which I loved most.
But the rooms are very small for this rate or I may paid a high rate.
Breakfast was good. But they did not tell us that breakfast was included. We filled out an information sheet for the breakfast everyday but the staff told us that we will not pay for the breakfast but this is only for keeping track. Than the receptionist told us at the last day that breakfast is not included for orbitz reservations.

Excellent service (concierge, housekeeping, front desk) in a clean, quiet, beautiful hotel only a few blocks from the Champs Elysees. Go to Laduree for macaroons, Guerlain for pretty things, and enjoy the day and night in this beautiful spot.

The location is fine - close to a Metro station and with many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood.
The room - even if it was called "Luxe" - was very small and not well maintained, in particular the bathroom could need a handyman to fix a number of things.

The hotel was VERY convenient to the Roissybus Opera stop from DeGaulle (9 Euros p/p). Typical small room sizes with comfortable beds and a very accomodating staff. Had crib in room for our 7mo old. Good food within walking distance. Convenient to Metro. REasonable mini-bar prices. Great breakfast. A Winner!

Hotel typical for 3 *, number not big, pure. The linen was changed every other day, by towels daily. A hotel mine it is noise behind a window, passing cars early in the morning. We in hotel only spent the night, to us was enough

We had a very enjoyable stay. However, I would recommend getting new beds. The beds in both rooms I reserved were incredibly obnoxious when someone moved just slightly. Also, it was very warm in the rooms without the windows open, but with them open it was very loud due to the street noise. Other than these two things, the rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable.

The room I got need to be renewed. Everything is old so I have had some doubts about cleanliness but it seams ok. Room was on the road and so a little bit noisy but fine when you're tired.

Stayed at hotel convenient to Villiers Metro stop, staff is very helpful, Wifi could be better. No need to worry about speaking french hotel staff goes out of their way to speak english or spanish to you. Room is average compared to other hotels, small but then again no one is there to stay all day in the room. One thing that they need is all the tvs only get local french channels so yeah that kinda ruined it when you get back tired trying to relax watching tv and you cant understand. One thing that you positively need to take is a better pillow!!! Overall for the convenience, the locale the atmosphere of the place it is a great place to stay. Food within walking distance pharmacies, food stands and fresh fruit stands, neighborhood is great not once did we feel unsafe. Overall if you get better pillows and maybe a couple of english channels you could say it was an awesome hotel!

Nice place to stay however some small complaints below:
Free internet access but the connection was quite bad.
Small safe in the wardrobe could not be used as previous occupant had left the safe locked, presumably for a joke. We asked the hotel staff to unlock it but nothing happened even though they promised to solve the problem. The soap appeared in the bathroom only the second day.
Positive aspects: quiet and safe hotel with easy and fast access to any place in the downtown. Quite many shops, cafes, restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Upon checking in, the first room they gave me had not yet been cleaned. The woman at the front desk was very apologetic and gave me a new room immediately. Everything else was fine at the hotel.

Was my third trip to Paris! Enjoyed my stay as usual. The hotel is new and modern. Rooms are average size by European standards. Very clean.. Not a lot of frills, but all of the necessities are there.. Would recommend to anyone without reservation!! Would also stay there again...

This hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband took advantage of the spa and enjoyed his treatment. We loved the location. Would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel hat meiner Meinung nach süssen pariser Charme, es ist klein aber fein.
Die Lage ist genial. Ca 10min. Fussweg zur Metro Station beim Etoile, von wo aus man überall hinkommt... oder man kann weiter die Champs-Elysees runterlaufen, echt genial.
Würde ich wieder Buchen.

Don't expect high-end bells and whistles here. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny and the furniture really crowds up the space here. The bed were sub-par and the elevators were a bit outdated and can only fit three people maximum.
However, with that said, the service of the staff was above normal. They were friendly and were willing to go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our receptionist diligently helped us find a local brasserie in the area, called to confirm our airport shuttle, and happily gave us various things (wine opener, champagne flutes, silverware) to top our indoor Parisian picnic. When it was time for us to tip her at the end, she humbly refused, adding that it was a pleasure to help us. This was exactly the charm of the people of this city that impressed us.
The area, though not anywhere near the major tourist attractions and a good 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station, is no less charming than the Parisians themselves. They were local brasseries, boulengeries, supermarkets, chocolatiers, and cafes all over, at a safe distance from the huge tourist crowds. If you want to be close to all the action, this place isn't for you. But if you want to explore the outer fringes like a local, then you'll love this area.

Ayant bénéficié d'un très bon prix pour une nuit dans cet hôtel, je n'ai pas été déçue. Certes, les chambres sont un peu plus petites que les photos ne le laissent paraître mais tout le confort d'un 3 étoiles y est. Propreté, accueil, équipements... rien à redire. En plus, les salles de bain sont équipées d'une baignoire :-)

Very clean, friendly staff, close to Metro 2 line (Rome station). Walking distance to Starbucks and other Wifi spots.
Opt for the breakfast feature. Menu doesn't change, but is a great value for fresh food to start your day.

Bonjour, l'hotel tait très bien situé, par contre nous avons eu de la chance car ces derniers n'avait pas reçu notre réservation et nous on quand même attribué 2 chambre disponible. Pour un 4 étoiles, les papiers peints de notre chambre se décollaient, le pommeau de la douche s'est cassé et ils ne l'ont pas remplacé !!! Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles, point positifs le parking situé juste a coté de l'hôtel est bien et sécurisé : 18 euros par jour par contre. La réception n'était pas toujours présente et nos demandes n'ont pas été honorées, en résumé je suis resté déçu du rapport qualité prix.

Timhotel was chosen for good location and good reviews. In fact, it’s not true.
I ask everyone to read also bad reviews to choose your hotel!
Timhotel Berthier I do not recommend to anyone because of:
This hotel did not put me in a list of tenants, even though I paid for (not booked) room.
This hotel does not return the money if you get visa refusal. Other hotels usually return money.
Staff are extremely rude and unfriendly. When communicating I have a feeling like a junk guest.
Food is scanty and unappetizing. On the street where the hotel stands, cook better and cheaper.
Number of small and shabby. On a stretch of 2 *, not 3 *.
As a result, Timhotel Berthier is not good hotel for me and not cost as it is. And you will not get your money back if you have a visa refusal.

Elegant 3 stars hotel, bar area. Located near the Opera and Major Department Stores. Non smoking room available. Direct transport to Versailles Chantiers. Works at the Quality start the 10/04/12. From the 10/04/12 to the 30/09/12, 35 rooms will be out of order and one of our lift. Means that most of rooms will have no lift, max. till 3rd floor. From 01 oct to 15 nov, we will have 24 new rooms with a new lift. We shall pursue works on whole floors, thus few nuisances except passage of workers and equipments. No twins available over this period from 15 nov till end of year. At this time we will do the breakfast Room, so starting from this date till 15 feb breakfast will be in a restaurant across the street and should be a continental one.

Muy bien comunicado por metro, tren y bus. Tiene autobuses cercanos que te permiten llegar a los sitios de principal interés turístico sin necesidad de tomar el metro, y así poder disfrutar de la ciudad desde la superficie.
Muy bien insonorizado... tranquilidad absoluta.
Personal amable y servicial.
No probamos el desayuno porque no iba incluido en el precio.
Buena elección.
