the appartment rooms are really nice, big and clean. suit family with young children. the only problem is that if you book more than 3 nights they are not cleaning the room - just once a week. means that for 4,5,6 nights - no cleaning (unless you pay for extra).

Great location for walking the heart of Paris. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, and a pleasant walk across the Seine to the Louvre. Tryp de Saxe is on a nice, quiet, and short street which provides a quiet night. Room is nice, however, the bathroom needs some improvement.

Excellent service. Staff was cleary focused on keeping their guests happy. Very helpful with all the tourist questions. No fitness facility...I missed that. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

(1) Fantastic location right opposite the shopping/cafe district of Rue Cler. (2) Perfectly adequate. They had a nice breakfast spread, reliable wifi, and everything was clean. (3) The building is extremely narrow and squeezed between other buildings, so my room had a window facing some kind of an interior fire escape. There was no natural light or fresh air from it, but the possibility of climbing out (or in), so it was a little creepy. DEFINITELY request a street-facing window. Without that, I don't think I would stay here again, even though the price was good

Our room was small but very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions (in English) and directing us to different locations in Paris. The location of the hotel was perfect, across the street from a train and metro station making for easy access to all of Paris. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

The rooms are fairly modest yet adequate. Only really noticeable drawback was the lack of an alarm clock and coat hangars (especially to dry off jackets from rain). The rooms were cleaned WELL everyday (as expected). There is a digital thermostat (easy to use). There seemed to be an electric towel rack, but if it was, it did not seem to work. The walls seem to be a bit thin, as you could hear the next door neighbors...not enough to fuss about, just noticeable. Our room (which faced the street) was also adjacent to a busy intersection, so there can be some noticeable noise from the traffic as well.
The convenience of the location is excellent. The metro is literally across the street (RER C and 6). And of course, the Eiffel Tower is a few blocks away.
The staff was very helpful by making a call to confirm our event activities with attraction/event companies. I just gave them the emails with the phone numbers and the staff made the phone call and confirmed the arrangements (which included sending a fax in this particular case). They went above and beyond, as I was just trying to borrow the phone.
There are several places to eat nearby as well as a grocery/convenience store.
I was very satisfied and would consider staying there again.

The staff was friendly and polite. The room had a contemporary feel to it and was maintained well. The room is small but I think all European rooms are small. The only complaint I had was how hot the room was. Apparently November is not quite summer and not quite winter yet so they pipe warm air throughout the hotel and it's HOT. you can't turn on the AC because it blows hot air. The only thing you can do is open the window and when people are smoking outside, the cigarette smell enters your room. The area is safe and is a very nice neighborhood. There is a street market a couple of blocks away with cafes, cheese, fish and vegetable markets. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great choice.

The staff was friendly, the decor was tres chic and the location was perfect. We were minutes walk from the eiffel tower and hotel des invalides. The neighborhood was great and not too touristy, with lots of cute small shops and places to eat.

Got it because of the Eiffel tower view , but elevator was broke .It would go only to the 4th floor and we would have to carry our bags and the baby up to the 6th floor (was fixed after two nights of stay and we didnt get any discounts)-and stairway is very narrow !Hotel little older than on the pic's .Our queen size bad was very nice , as big as king size .Breakfast delisious and very nice stuff .Everyone was friendly ,room very clean.The elevator problem was a big deal for us because of the baby .

It was more than five minutes walking but it was close. The room was ok. They only have 6 parkings available for a hotel that has around 40 rooms and you have to make reservation witch they don't specified that on the web page, but The staff was really nice and It has a lots of restaurant, pharmacies, train stations and stores very close!!

The staff were friendly and spoke English quite well. Rooms small just like rest of Paris. Bathrooms renovated,shower only. Our room did not face the Eiffel tower but was very quiet. Breakfast was ok but lots of other places nearby were better. Free wifi. Can walk to most attractions such as D Orsay, Louvre, Eiffel Tower. Use the buses they are cheap and convenient. Bus 69 to Louvre, Pompidou and Notre Dame. Pick up near Eiffel Tower. Transfer to Bus 74 near Louvre to go to Montmartre. Walk over to left bank see Latin quarter and take Bus 87 home to within 50 yards of Duquesne. Overall a great stay. Borrow... knife fork and plate from kitchen for your cheese and bread.

I found the rooms to be very clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff very helpful. Tina, who we met on arrival, was a blessing. She was able to help with the Metro and the locations to everywhere we needed to go. We stayed in room 203, across from the elevator. Despite what others have said, the "noise" did not keep us up. The breakfast price was the only downside, but we ate elsewhere.

We did all the things in Paris that we were told couples did there. The location of the hotel was central to all the tourist spots and transportation was available readily. The service was first rate and the staff was friendly. We were so close to the Eiffel Tower and the Left Bank that it shocked us but it made seeing the city a pleasant experience.

great experience. this hotel is very close to the eiffel tower-you can see it our the streetside room windows. service was good. breakfast was very good-but additional charge. our quad room was roomy with two queen size beds-slept 4 comfortably. we would stay there again.

Pricey But Well Worth It

We requested a renovated room with an Eiffel Tower view. When we arrived, they said at that moment we have a room with a tower view but not a renovated one. They did offer one but would have to wait about an hour. No problem for us. We did read reviews that were unfavorable before we arrived and was apprehensive, but we had a very nice and helpful front desk person, Hiro.
The room was great! Have been in Paris before and new most rooms are tiny. The shower was roomy with a fancy "rain forest" type shower head. We had a frig with water, orange juice, and colas, which are free.
Every morning we wake up with the awesome Eiffel Tower right there to admire...can't beat that for anything. Every night we saw it light up and sparkle. We'll always remember this hotel and room for sure!

Steps away from Eiffel Tower, Business hotel, we were told different things by different members of the staff, example - 1 said breakfast was included in our stay, another said it wasn't.... staff was some what rude and unwilling to help with our needs and seemed very unknowledgable about the surrounding area (ie - where the good shops and restaurants were). The walls were also dirty in the room of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was fine - nothing special but okay for a weekend stay.

Personnels sympathiques et gracieux ce qui est très important soucieux du bien être des clients, si j'ai l'occasion j'y retournerais bien volontiers.
La propreté de l'hôtel en général et les petites attentions comme "les chocolats" m'ont fait plaisir.
Le confort des chambres et salle de bains très bien et spacieux.
Le café à volonté dans le grand salon est très correct et sympa. Piscine, etc...font de cet hôtel un endroit reposant et accueillant. EXCELLENT.

The hotel is in a great location. About 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and 5 min from the train station. However, there is no A/C in the hotel.

My husband, son and I stayed here

My husband, son and I stayed here for 2 nights in January. The rooms were a good size by Paris standards - perfectly adequate. We were given two rooms on opposite sides of a corridor-one facing the street and the other with no view to speak of. As my son is deaf we gave him the room facing the street in case of noise but it wasn't noisy at all the times I was in his room. Our room was blissfully quiet and as we were at the end of a corridor on the first floor there was no noise coming from other rooms. Thank heavens for the lift too, although very small.
The hotel is in a great location - only a 15-minute or so walk to the Eiffel Tower and loads of restaurants all around the hotel. All the people we encountered at the reception desk were very helpful. We were very pleased that we chose this hotel and will recommend it.

The workers couldn't have been nicer... My group stayed in a Triple Room and they are pretty big, however I saw some of the double rooms and they are very small. The continental breakfast is not included in the price of the room and not worth it, so don't do it. Great Location too!

Modern, Sleek, Short on Execution

Very new looking and modern compared to most hotels in Paris. However, the service/quality was a little short on follow-through. The carpet in the room was dirty, deep, stained dirty and ready to be replaced so there was nothing housekeeping could really do about it. I arrived on an overnite flight and didn't expect my room to be ready, but when it was promised at 1:00 and I showed up at 2:00 to find it not ready, then did not get in until 3:00 so I was irritated and tired. The hotel is very oriented to tourist groups, so expect a lot of bustle. Because it is a large hotel, don't expect to easily access one of the 3 working computers in the common areas to print your boarding passes, because every kid, couple and loitering guest will be in front of you. Seek out the business center or somewhere else, or do it early in the AM. Location was great, right on the Seine and walking distance to Metro and the Eiffel Tower. The elevators are normal size, and there are six, as compared to the phone-booth size single elevator you find at many European hotels. Unfortunately, like virtually every hotel I stay at, the air conditioning controls appear to be mainly for show so expect to be a bit overheated.

tho a bit out of the way, the hotel was charming and clean, easily walkable to Metro and RER trains, eateries, even a supermarket. Also, the area was very safe even late at night. The room was small but well-appointed, and the bathroom, immaculate and very modern. Only downside was we were led to believe that breakfast was included in price per night but we were told this was not the case when we arrived. It didn't matter - the room and bed were so comfy that we slept in every day and never made the 10am deadline. We'd stay there again.

The Eiffel-Kennedy is a great hotel for the money. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Although the rooms are quite small. hotel rooms, they have everything you need, including a comfortable bed and pillows, closet, private bath, desk, free wireless service, and an amazing breakfast buffet. It's in a great location within a short walk to the metro and multiple train stations and bus stops. The hotel is located in a busy residential area, so it can be loud if you don't close your windows. That said, the windows are highly sound proof, so they did keep the street noise to a minimum. we would definitely stay at The Eiffel-Kennedy in the future.

Excellent Staff and Location

Friendly staff that spoke great English. They provided directions and great suggestions on food places near by. About a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel tower if you walk alongside the river (can't think of the street name). Hotel was clean and very modern. Didn't see what all the hype was about Miss Monroe, but the decor was stylish and cute. Doubt if I ever see a hotel like this again. I was pleased.

THE HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL, VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. WE WERE 100% SATISFIED. WE WILL BE BACK IN PARIS IN THE FUTURE AND THIS IS WHERE WE WILL STAY. THE STAFF WAS FANTASTIC AND VERY FRIENDLY. WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. IT FELT LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

Renaissance Arc de Triomphe

The chosen hotel was under rennovation and not available, but we were transferred to the Arc de Triomphe in the same Renaissance chain. On arrival, we found even this hotel not available because of retained guests, and we were transferred to the Renaissance Vendome. All of this was aggravating, but the hotel tried hard to compensate, with free breakfasts and complimentary wine. Both hotels were elegant, the traditional Vendome was our favorite, but the stylish modern Arc de Triomphe was very comfortable. Both are well situated and convenient to Metro.

We were just in Paris for the weekend. This hotel is small, but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best part about it is that it is well located. We walked to all the famous sites (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, etc). There is also a metro station nearby.

This is a 3-star hotel and is in good condition. The staff are very helpful, and the location of the hotel is very good.(0608ADB) This is a traditional, 6-storey building. The hotel also has a terrace available, for guests to enjoy drinks. The hotel is very well-located, close to the Parc Champs-de-Mars, the Trocadero, the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides and the Champs-Elysées. The area is lively, with shops and restaurants closeby, as well as public transport.

We stayed at 2 hotels during this trip and found this hotel to be more personal with the way French lifestyle represents. Close to the train and each corner has a market and Cafe ( The Place and Cafe' Cambronne).This is not a fancy hotel but everything you need can be asked for. But you have to ask as they don't offer. I am not sure that traveling with children and families would prefer this hotel.

The hotel was in a residential area. Very close, approximately 5-7 minutes walking distance to the metro (Cambronne)and many fantastic french restaurants. There were also a great danceclub called club L'Alize, about one block away from the hotel. Staff spoke english clearly, and were friendly. Rooms were spacious, modern, and gave adequate heat. Breakfast not included, and was pricey, about 14 euros. The elevator was not working when I visited, so I had to walk up 4 flights to my room.

Ideal location close to the tower, railway and river. Not the newest but everything was clean and comfortable
