Nearly everyone spoke English; plus they put up with our attempts at French. The city sites such as the Cathedral, the Castle, and the Machines de l'Ile exhibit are a short walk from the hotel; There is a major tram stop less than half a block from the hotel. The rail station is a short (about 3 minutes) tram ride. And the coastal beaches are about an hour away by train. A shuttle or the tram system brings you from the airport. We had absolutely no need to rent a car there. This was one of the more enjoyable trips we have taken.

Nicely situated, personnel ok, but for a "3 star" hotel, there were only paper cups and plastic tea spoons in the room to receive boiling water while making a cuppa ! ! ! (the result was poor....).
The hot buffet breakfast was very good.

Hotel en cours de finition (neuf). Rapport qualité prix intéressant, car la double avec kitchentte pour quarante euros en fait un hotel 3 etoiles moins cher qu'un deux etoiles. les chambres côtés périphe sont bryuantes, mais les chambres côté jardin sont très calmes et tres agréable. Pas de wifi, mais connexions en filaire. Proche de centre commerciaux. Bonne experience.

Mes notes tiennent compte du fait que l'hôtel n'est pas finalisé selon moi. (manque d'équipements, de déco, ambiance froide notamment salle petit déj où il n'y avait ni chauffage, ni TV, ni radio ... intrrupteur chambre en panne ...)
Mais globalement je ne suis pas inquiet pour les prochains mois et cela ne m'empêchera pas d'y retourner.
