The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old port. The staff was wonderful. The views were amazing! The room was a mix of old and new, large in comparison to other hotels in Europe, and included a real queen sized bed! if you like to imbibe, you should try the hotel's signature drink for two..."The Lacydon".

We enjoyed the location as it was right off Colbert and La Canebiere (the main drag in town that leads to the old port). It was an easy walk from the hotel to the port and we caught the bus from there up to Notre Dame de la Garde. We also picked up the boat to Chateau D'If from there. The staff was friendly and it is right next to the shopping mall (literally the two are connected). No pool. But the hotel was under renovations which took away from the ambiance.

The hotel was clean and well located a few blocks from the "Old Port", not far from shopping. The restaurant had limited options for lunch or dinner. Breakfast buffet was good. Front desk personnel were very slow and did not acknowledge arrival at the desk when they were dealing with someone else. Also, they took a very long time to handle prior clients.
they did arrange a cab to the port for us to catch our cruise ship.

Upon check-in the staff was rude. I booked the room with accommodations for 4. There was no problem until I arrived. The staff said I could only have 2 and they would charge $15.00 per person per day. Then, I had to pay for parking since we rented a car to travel from Spain to France. The parking was $35.00 euro ($50.00 give or take USD) for 2 days of parking. In the end we spent an addition $130.00 more than the [...] price we booked for. Oh, and staff was rude! They were not friendly at all and no meals are included.

bonne situation, mais il faut parquer la voiture dans un parc public. Nous avons donc dû vider la voiture. L'appart est une bonne formule, pratique et bien agencé. La douche était défectueuse, mais la réception en a pris note et veillera à réparer. Très bonne formule de prix promotionnel pour une famille de 4.Wifi gratuit, climatisation ok.

The Apartment/hotel had friendly and helpful service. They helped us in locating our luggage (which was lost for 2/3rds of our stay in Marseille. I would recommend this facility but would not recommend anyone to visit Marseille. Very sad because upon visiting Marseille you can tell it was once a beautiful and wonderful place to visit.

Location is superb for arrival and departure by train or for the airport shuttle bus from the rear of the train station. Vieux Port is an easy 15-minute stroll downhill from the hotel; the uphill return trip is a bit of a puff, but not bad. We stayed two nights, and we found the hotel to be a convenient place from which to explore Marseille. The room was quiet, despite the business of the street outside. Our only disappointment was the continental breakfast, which was palatable but pedestrian, with coffee that was outright awful. Have breakfast across the street at the train station!

The HIE is right across the main Train / Coach Station so access could not be better. There is only a short walk to the downtown and port areas.
However, at night, the location is not the best as there are beggars who loiter the streets.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

This was a great hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The pool was beautiful and the chef cooks on a grill until 4pm. Fresh shrimp, seafood, and even ribs. We also had breakfast and Dinner at their other restaurant one day, and couldn't have found a better place. Food is a little expensive but worth it. Easy and safe walk to most of the action many sites. Got home and had a problem with our credit card, but Chloe helped on the phone and everything was fine. We hope to go back soon.

Could not have had a better stay. The location is great for walking to the wealth of restaurants around the old port and gave us easy access to start our day trips (by boat, bus, or train) out from Marseille. Our early summer visit benefitted greatly from the pool and the late afternoon cocktails served there. Made it feel like a resort but still left us in control of our schedule. Perfect midpoint to our vacation. We definitely look forward to another trip to Marseille and the Radisson Blu.

This hotel is a destination in itself. It is truly a 5 star hotel, in every aspect. I travelled here with a friend after spending 10 days in Paris. It was more than we could have imagined, in terms of comfort and things to go on the resort grounds. We didn't leave the hotel area much, only to eat at a few bakeries/patisseries, the pharmacy, and the beach, nearby as we were "museum'd out" after Paris. The location in Marseilles, while beautiful was a bit out of the way but actually the only place I'd want to stay. We saw a few other hotels, but the location wasn't in areas, I'd like to stay (safety wise).

This is a lovely small hotel that offers free parking, which is a real bonus. The rooms are small, but clean and pleasant. I enjoyed my meal in the dining room. The waiter was very nice. The hotel also has an outdoor pool.

Très bon hôtel, hyper propre et à deux pas de la gare.
Prix très attractif pour les prestations proposées.
Attention cependant la vaisselle est en quantité très limitée .
Dans l'ensemble plus que correct.

這間飯店坐落於馬賽中央車站側邊,雖然面對著頻繁的火車進出站,但是也不顯吵雜,房間裡面設備不算高級,但是有簡易廚房可使用,因此如果有打算多待在馬賽幾天絕對是個不錯的選擇,另外雖然房裡沒有無線網路設備,但是可以向貴台拿帳號密碼,算是方便,此外該飯店提供付費早餐,要價7.5歐,不過不太推薦,似乎沒有物超所值的感覺

Booked early so received discount to €80 from €290 on room. Stayed 08Dec for one night. Very basic room but adequate for a night stop (we travelled for a football game). The location is very good - right on Vieux Port. The north east corner of Vieux Port. Good for shopping and restaurants. A taxi rank it on the corner and the metro across the road. Irish bars just along the road for pre-match drinks. A good price for room was obtained (Dec booking - made immediately after dates given for Champions League game - before they had time to load in the football surcharge), but the rack-rate would be far too high.

cet hotel est absolument parfait
l'idée des étages ethniques est géniale, nous avons séjourné à l'étage africain et la chambre était superbement décorée, d'ailleurs le terme de suite conviendrait mieux car elle est composée de 2 pièces + SDB

Hôtel très bien situé a quelques mètres du vieux port, parking souterrain privé du centre bourse juste à côté.
Chambre très confortable et propre, mini-bar, possibilité d'utiliser une cafetière nespresso dans la chambre.
petit déjeuner a 11 euros et très complet, sucré et salé.
personnel très correct et gentil.
très bon hôtel pour une étape marseillaise

Hôtel au coeur du centre de Marseille, près de tout. Aussi bien de la gare, du métro, du vieux port...
Rapport qualité /prix plus que correct.
Je n'ai pas eu de souci de bruit, ou autres..
Les seuls bémols seraient la clim pas assez puissante et le prix du petit déj, qui me semble exagéré ! Autant aller se poser en terrasse de café pour ce prix!
Mais sinon vraiment très bien!

Clean and Quiet at the Port in Marseille

I travel to Marseille 2-3 weeks each year, so I have stayed at many budget hotels in Marseille. This one is good. Keep in mind it is a "suite" hotel, which means no daily maid services or new linens. And you have to take out your own trash. But the rooms are clean (but spartan); the hallways are well lit; the WiFi is faster than most budget hotels in Marseille; the AC works very well (important in Marseille in the summer); and the location is ideal. At least a dozen great restaurants within two blocks; concerts at city hall two blocks away; a half-block from scenic Vieux Port. The area is safe (though all of Marseille seems dicey to an American tourist). The hotel is on a side street, so noise is not a problem. I have already recommended it to a colleague. I will go back.

Me and my friends experience at the Suite Affairs was fantastic and had only a few hiccups. The room we were put in was only 1 bed, and not what I had reserved. When I went to the front desk and explained, they quickly realized their mistake and found a correct room for us that instant.
The room itself was fantastic. It was able to reach very low temperatures, had great dishes and a full kitchen to cook on as well as 2 firm, comfy beds. The only bad thing about our room (on the first floor) was that we did not get wifi and we had to go to the loby to get it. While that wasn't too big of a deal, we were later that night not allowed into the loby and it was our only way to get internet.
We didn't run into anyone that spoke English, but the gentleman working when we arrived was able to communicate enough to get us our keys and change rooms when we needed to. If you go, just make sure you inquire about wifi availability.
The location of the hotel was fantastic. Right where we needed to be; near the metro, tons of restaurants, and even more shopping. Just don't be fooled by its run down exterior and creepy neon light sign. Once you get into your room, I think you will be pleased!

This Adagio Marseille Prado Plage features 94 apartments and is close to the business district of Prado and 100 m from beaches. The accommodation ranges from 2 person studios to 1 bedroom apartments for 4 or 5 people, all airconditioned and with terraceor balcony. Ideally located between the seaside and the centre of town, the hotel is just a few minutes from the convention centre and offers undercover parking. Unwind in our outdoor swimming pool available during the warmer months.

A 5mn de la plage du Prado, proprete impecable et cuisine super equipee dans les studios, chambres pas tres grandes mais le rapport qualite prix est excellent.
