Cet hotel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Pas de wifi dans les chambres (simple connexion eternet) 15 euros de supplément. Chauffage excessif dans les chambres, impossible à régler.
Les kits salle de bains très insuffisants (ni coton tige, ni coton) pas de peignoirs, pas de chaussons. Restauration au petit-déjeuner très moyenne (pas de choix de pain, salade de fruits déplorable, simples thermos d'eau chaude à pompe). Prix non en rapport avec le standing de l'hôtel.

Nice hotel. Great location lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Extremely helpful and friendly front desk. Only complaint was rooms were too warm and nothing but heavy comforters on the bed and windows don't open.

Easily accessible, we are 0.9 miles (1.5 km) from Part-Dieu train station and 13 miles (21 km) from St Exupéry airport. The nearest metro station is Bellecour.

Personnel très sympathique et très disponible pour fournir diverses informations sur la ville et ses alentours. Manque un coffre dans la chambre. Hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas du métro et sur une rue piétonne. Super l'ascenseur d'époque :-)

Great city center location

The location is difficult to find because of the crazy 1-way roads in the old city center but the directions we got with our reservation were accurate. The hotel desk staff were wonderful, spoke English well enough that between our very basic French and their English we could communicate easily. They gave us great advice on restaurants, things to see and reasonably priced, safe parking. The room was typical size for Europe, which was fine for us. Our only complaint was the mattress was quite old and the springs were poking through. We ended up taking the bedspread and putting it between the mattress and the sheets.

The Hotel Lyon is a comfortable, bright, charming hotel distinguished by its romantic pastel tones and offering pleasant accommodation with art deco furnishings and a relaxed, cordial elegance.
The Hotel Lyon was built at the end of the 19th century and has recently been redecorated. The hotel also offers excellent meeting, conference and dining facilities.
Efficiency, dedication, warmth and professionalism are our goals, and our commitment is to our guests' satisfaction.
