Excellent location, nice room, good breakfast. Parking nearby, doesn't accept credit cards at the entrance, but at the exit office. Good starting point to visit on foot the many urban attractions of Lille.

very old and basic, we were left stood outside the hotel for 45 minutes in the evening as the doors were locked and there was no one at the desk. the bar is closed on sundays, the lift only accomadates 1 person with a suitcase. We would not return to this hotel

Very basic rooms - we felt it was quite overpriced. Bathroom flooded when shower was used. In-laws had mould in their room. No air conditioning, only very noisy fans available from reception. Location is quite convenient, I would not stay more than 1 night.

Un rapport qualité-prix intéressant. Nous avions quelques craintes en lisant les commentaires d'autres voyageurs, à tort. L'hôtel est moderne, propre et bien équipé. Bien sûr, vu la situation, face à la gare de Lille-Flandre, c'est un peu bruyant la nuit, mais l'insonorisation est acceptable.

Das Personal spricht fast nur französisch und nur einige auch etwas englisch. Wenn man Probleme hat, kommt man ohne Französischkenntnisse nicht weiter.
Postiv ist, dass zum Hotel ein großer Parkplatz gehört, den man kostenlos nutzen kann.
Das Frühstück mit 8€ pro Person erscheint bei der Auswahl relativ teuer. Es stehen nur französische TV-Kanäle zur Verfügung. Es gibt keine TV Kanäle in deutsch, englisch oder einer andere Sprache.

The staff was very accommodating at hotel. They brought us a baby bed right away and the room was pretty big. However, our bed was not comfortable, our room a/c didn't work well and the room didn't have a cozy feel to it. It felt like we were on an airplane with a step up bathroom, curved walls, small shower, no soap dish, shelf etc in the shower.

Ce n est pas du tout à ce quoi nous nous attendions surtout pour le prix payé (+120€/nuit).
Faire le tour du lit n est pas aisé (~-9m2) et la salle de bain est tout juste pour une personne.
Pour un séjour de 3 jours et pour un Best western (nous sommes des habitués), nous en sommes très déçus !
Attention aussi au manque de personnel au niveau du petit déjeuner et de la maintenance des équipements (jacouzzie, Hamam...)

Le seul reproche que j'ai a faire c'est le prix exhorbitant du petit déjeuner. Pour la moitié du prix, nous avons eu un excellent petit déjeuner à la Brioche Doré. Le reste est parfait et le personnel adorable.

THis is a very useful little hotel in the middleof Lille, near the old town. Great for walking around. The rooms are quite small but clean and the reception and breakfast facilities were good. Much nicer than staying in a concrete and glass bunker near the stations.

Situation privilégiée à 2 pas de la grand-place, seul attrait de cet hôtel aux chambres plus que défraîchies. Espace exigu (il vaut mieux traverser le lit que le contourner!) Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. Pour le petit déjeuner, il faut jouer à la chaise musicale tant la salle est petite (5 à 6 tables pour 2 personnes) en disproportion avec le nombre de chambres. Bref, ça peut dépanner, mais ce n'est pas le pied !

Good place for staying in City Centre, next to shopping centre and two minutes walk from restaurants bars.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Hotel description says parking facilities which means you have to use the public underground car park for shopping centre which is expensive. Restaurant for breakfast closed at weekends.

Attention que les services restautant et petit déj. n'ont pas été utilisés. Donc pas d'avis sur la question. Pour la situation, à deux oas du centre mais il est vrai que pour celui qui aime un peu marcher, tous les hôtels à Lille sont près du Centre

The Hotel Lille Europe is located in the heart of the Euralille international business centre. It is just a few meters from the Lille Europe and Lille Flandres train stations. Description
This is an original property which is full of character and which maintains excellent standards. 1208 This is a very beautiful hotel that combines traditional and modern touches, built within an historical cloister. Although the hotel has been renovated, most of the original features have been maintained, and the end result is quite amazing. The hotel is ideally located a short walk away from the shops, bars and restaurants, in a quiet residential area in the centre of town.
