Good place for staying in City

Good place for staying in City Centre, next to shopping centre and two minutes walk from restaurants bars.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Hotel description says parking facilities which means you have to use the public underground car park for shopping centre which is expensive. Restaurant for breakfast closed at weekends.

The staff was very accommodating at hotel. They brought us a baby bed right away and the room was pretty big. However, our bed was not comfortable, our room a/c didn't work well and the room didn't have a cozy feel to it. It felt like we were on an airplane with a step up bathroom, curved walls, small shower, no soap dish, shelf etc in the shower.

Had a great experience at this hotel--the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and well located across from the train station. It was a 10 minute walk to the city center.

An excellent hotel, ideally placed in the centre of town. Although no parking, a public parking garage was within a 100 meters and there are possibilities to unload and load in front of the hotel.

[+] Fitness et sauna inclus dans le prix (nous n'avons pas eu le temps de les essayer).
[-] Une seule sortie de bain et une seule paire de tongues alors que j'avais réservé pour 2 personnes.
[-] Des trous dans le plafond de la salle de bain.
[-] 150€ pour une nuit pour 2 personnes (sans petit déjeuner).
[*] Pour éviter de payer 19€ pour le petit déjeuner, il suffit d'aller place Rihour au Pain Quotidien (à 2 minutes de l'hôtel).

J'ai passé qu'une nuit, mais l'ensemble des prestations sont très correctes / prix.. La chambre (j'avais une chambre au rdz avec lit double = twnin bed accolé) est spacieuse, propre, munis d'une "kitchenette", bien équipés, le personnel est très souriant et agréable.
Mes seuls bémols :
1- un petit-déjeuner plus que moyen (pas de diversité en terme de produit, la salle n'est pas très confortable, car au carrefour des sorties, des entrées clients, entrée ascenceur, ..).
2- Sortie de parking non automatique (le klaxon est de rigueur).
3-TV cablé avec une réception pas terrible.
4- Douche sans protection .. inondation de la salle de bain et WC garantie.. mais le système d'aération est sans faille, car au bout de qlq heures.. tout est sec.
Néanmoins, je vous le conseille quand même..si les notes (y voir des axes d'amélioration) ci-dessous vous indiffèrent.

Appart'hotel sympa, bien décoré et calme.
L'équipement des chambres, pas très grandes et auxquelles il manque la climatisation, est correct.
Très bon accueil et équipe serviable.

hotel correct, la chambre est quelconque, déco minimale aux couleurs improbables, moquette défraîchie, cependant chambre propre, calme,
personnel avenant, sympathique, et à l'écoute de la clientèle
dix minutes à pied de la station de métro qui vous emmène en 5 minutes au centre ville

Negative points were the location

Negative points were the location (not in the center and district is not great) and the noise isolation (although we didn't experience it because there was no one next door but we could hear people talking in the alley).
Good points were the price of course (a bit more than 50eur for a triple room), and friendly staff. Ideal for 1 or 2 nights and if you don't want to stay at the hotel all day.
The parking access for 5eur.
PS: the rooms are really small but for that price, you can't expect a lot better.
