This is a fabulous hotel and the highlight of my accomodations on my 2 week trip to France. Book this hotel, if you can. We received an excellent pre-season rate and it was worth every penny and more. We had a large room with a small view of the water. My luggage did not make the connection to Nice, but the hotel took responsibility for my suitcase and it was delivered to my room the next day. The Concierge gave excellent restaurant tips. Our stay could not have been more enjoyable, unless the parking had been free.

located by the port of cannes with a public beach in front of the hotel and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. bus stop just down the road which got me to nice airport in forty minutes.i had a sea view room which is a must.hotel staff friendly and spoke english.

Fabulous location - only 2 blocks from main centre looking at beach but far enogh away to be clear of the noise.
Fabulous rooftop pool with ample seating. Only negative is that pool area closes at 8.00pm.
Fridge and safe in rooms. I had a balcony room which was a huge advantage for a 6 night stay. Would highly recommend upgrading to a balcony sea facing room.

Hotel is getting "dated". A bit run down, but a decent value and reasonably located from the Croisette and good restaurants. Parking is possible on the street, which is not the case any closer to the beach area. Carlton Hotel a few blocks away is over $50 per night for parking.

I find it amazing that you still have to pay for Internet access and that you have to pay to use the pool! Some male personnel have the idea that they are impportant persons because they work in an expensive place.
Beside this it was close to a perfect night in a Hotel.

This hotel was recently built and features a relatively large room for european standards. The room comes with a double bed and a single bed in the corner of the room which is almost the size of a suite. bath/shower/sink located closer to the bed, and separate toilet located in a closet in the far side of the room. Smallish flat screen lcd tv separate bath/shower from toilet. small fridge in room. Hotel is located about a 10 min easy walk downhill to the water and cannes film festival. Problems: plug in direct internet is free with your own laptop. I had problems accessing 80% of websites using their connection. I never experienced this before using my laptop in dozens of countries. Verified that sites were blocked by using a proxy server. This was a major problem for me since I couldn't access sites necessary to do my work. I asked the front desk about this problem, and he said he had never heard of it and asked me to try again in the morning. Still didn't work in the morning. I ended up having to pay for wifi access(only available in the lobby) and it worked without a problem and had access to sites again, although it cost 5 euro an hour. Parking. I parked my vehicle in the garage under the hotel. the hotel posts a discount rate of 8 euro per night. the garage costs 14 euro per night. I told the staff during checkin i parked in the garage and I asked if i needed to validate. The clerk said to pay for parking in the garage when I'm leaving the next morning and to return back to the front desk after I've paid to get a rebate of the difference. Next morning I come back with my parking receipt after I leave the garage and the staff tells me they don't refund parking and I had to come in before payment for them to adjust my ticket prior to paying. Staff was argumentative and said I understood wrong and the night staff would never tell me to pay before and they cannot do anything. They even suggested I should have asked multiple times about the parking payment in the morning instead of listening to the night front desk clerk. This could be a great place if the staff tried to be helpful or apologize for their errors and misinformation.

Les chambres sont très bruyantes (éviter les chambres cote rue d'antibes). De plus, le service de l'hôtel est très inégal.
Toutefois, pour une courte periode (1 a 2 nuits) la prestation est correcte.

Su tante piccole cosette avrei da ridire - servizi - Wi-Fi accoglienza etc. - non abbiamo provato la colazione costa a 14 euro - nei locali che ci sono nei dintorni si spende meno e con una scelta infinita.

My favorite decor of the 5 places we stayed! True French furnishings. The room was clean and cozy, even with a second bed for our teenage daughter. The towel boy/bartender took great care of us when we needed. The distance to the beach wasn't too bad but the hills may make it difficult for older people. The Chateau was charming and a great value for Cannes! Would stay there again if I return to Cannes.

Nice breakfast with hot and cold items. Far from action of Cannes, actually by Mandelieu industrial area. By a private airport with some jet and helicopter noise. 25 euros by taxi to Cannes center. Small bar and restaurant with limited menu. No free WI-FI but was available for pay. Nice, large room. Friendly staff.

Hotel located in front of Cannes train station, 15' walk when arriving with the shuttles from Nice airport. Also 5' away from Rue d'Antibes famous for the nice shops, and 5' from the sea.
A little noisy if window on road in front of train station, can ask for room on the back

Arrivée à l'hôtel en Avril 2009, A l'accueil aucune personne pour nous monter les valises, la piscine fermée ainsi que le hamamm (En panne) et le salon de massages. Le prix est cher pour les prestations absentes. Conseil : Téléphoner avant de réserver. PS: Petit déjeuner 25 euros ! Dommage d'avoir un si bel hôtel mais qui ne fonctionne pas l'hiver. A voir l'Eté.

Die Fotos versprechen mehr als das Hotel bietet.
Für mich ist das höchstens ein 2 Stern Hotel.
Das Morgenessen war für 50 Euro viel zu klein.
Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen!
