The hotel is about a kilometer from the center of Bordeaux, but just a couple of blocks away from Place Gambetta and all it's great restaurants

Excellent location. Walking distance to several sites and Tram is only a blcok away. The hotel is nice, clean and employees friendly. Fast check in and out. Only draw back... only one elevator working. Would recommended to anyone going to visit the city.

Great Bordeaux location

A bit cozy, but great location for walking and shopping all over Bordeaux. Nice petite dejeanar each morning is also offered.
The "king size" bed was actually 2 twins pushed together, but comfortable none the less.

It is a great location, and a great value for the price, but there are nicer 2-star hotels in central Bordeaux. It's about a 10 minute walk from the tram that goes to the train station. Our room was quite noisy because there was construction going on outside all night - fortunately we had ear plugs. Even after the construction stopped it was still noisy. One nice feature is that the bed was the best one we've slept on lately, and we've been in several 2-star hotels in France over the last few weeks. Shower had good temperature and pressure. The recent renovations are a nice touch and there was good climate control.

This was the first time that we have stayed at this hotel. It met all our requirements and the room price was very competitive when compared with other 2* hotels in Bordeaux. It was a short walk into the centre of town, but this was offset by the availability of free parking at the hotel and a tram route in an adjacent street. The room was clean and of a reasonable size. Breakfast was standard fair. We would certainly stay there again on visits to Bordeaux.

10/07 EB This is a modern building. This hotel is located on the outskirt of the city centre, only 8 kms from Bordeaux airport and 5 kms from the old town "Quartier St Pierre".

Un buen hotel, muy bien situado y limpio. Nos atendieron muy bien en la recepción y el desayuno fue bastante aceptable. La única nota negativa sería que la habitación era un poco pequeña.
La relación calidad/precio sería de un 9 en una escala de 0 a 10.
Si volvemos a Bordeaux, que volveremos, posiblemente volveremos a este hotel.

Our room was great. We booked a room with a double bed. Our room also had a couch, dining table, small but very well-equipped kitchen, large balcony and complete bathroom. Very cool and trendy decor, in a modern building.
Stupendous grocery store, Auchan, about a 5 minute walk away, make sure to buy lots of Bordeaux. Tram stop a 2 minute walk away, the tram connects the city and is cheap and safe.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The city of Bordeaux is a beautiful and walkable city with great public transport and a very lively night life. Our French is not good but we had no trouble communicating with the staff who generally spoke enough English so we could muddle along together. Everyone in the hotel and in the city was very friendly.

It has an authentic charm with visible beams. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. The cleanliness is matchless, and the reception use gentleness and kindness. The building The Tour Intendance extends over a second building L Alienor which proposes 10 rooms on 2 floors with elevator. A modern and sophisticated hotel which offers the comfort in a 3 stars hotel: soundproofing, flat screen, air-drier and bathroom with separated toilets. Breakfast is served at The Tour Intendance or in room. A meeting room is available to receive about 10 persons.

Walked around the city, shopped till we dropped, LOVED that the hotel is in the center of everthing!!! Thew hotel had a map for the city that was very useful.They did not have an adaptor to the California plugs and my daughter and I were not able to use the hair straightner or our iron. That was a bummer. They gave us an adaptor but it had the same size metal plug only, no the little and the bigger one as used in California. As we were leaving the front desk guy wantedto charge us for the use of the adaptor. Someone forgot to update the computer and he was finally convinced we did not use it. Recommend you take your own call before to find out their plug type.Loved the overall experience and would recommend it to others[...].

A very nice hotel in a great location. It is only a very short walk to the main shopping street, as well as many of the sights, restaurants and nightlife of Bordeaux. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Having to carry the suitcase up the narrow stairs is very uncomfortable. Also, the position of the elevator does not help because in any case it is required to take the suitcase by the stairs. Also, the shower room is extremely narrow.
The staff is very helpful and attentive. Very nice. They are the sole of the hotel.
The arrangement for the breakfast is very good and convenient. If the hotel had a small lunch or even dinner facility that would help a lot but as it is, it is very good.

This hotel is perfectly located in Downtown Bordeaux. In easy walking distance to everything I wanted to visit. The staff is friendly and courteous and the room was very nice, with lots of outlets.

Nothing special, good location. Bright lights shone thru the curtains. Heat was on full blast even though the temperature was mild. Drunks loitered in front of the hotel and sung loudly every night of the three we stayed.

This is a good quality, reasonably priced, 2* hotel. It has recently been renovated and is conveniently situated in a quiet street close to the centre of Bordeaux. The staff speak English and are friendly. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Breakfast is available and adequate. There is secure underground car parking 100m away.
