This hotel was very helpful with information eg taxis, and flexible about check in time. We got back from a wedding party at 3am in the morning and let ourselves in to our lovely quiet clean comfy room. Next morning early we had a wonderful fresh buffet breakfast, nothing too fancy, but fountains of coffee, and apple slices. Lovely. Staff smiling and elegant.

Hôtel bien situé si l'on souhaite être au centre de Beaune. Chambre au rez-de-chaussé. Assez bruillant en particulier le samedi matin, jour de marché. Pas de parking, il faut donc alimenter les heurodateurs !
Literie vétuste, salle de bain opérationelle sans plus.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel had many more amenities than expected for one that essentially serves the highway stop over traffic. Our room was modern and clean, with all necessary conveniences including a hair dryer and a full electric plug (not just for razors) in the bathroom. The kitchen with full service bar and dining room was open at 10 pm for late arrivals - very appreciated. Based on this stay, we would stay at other Novotels without hesitation. Excellent rating.

Ein gutes Hotel mit meist freundlichem Personal. Etwas ausserhalb der Stadt gelegen, was für einen abendlichen Bummel etwas mühsam ist. Schöne Anlage mit kleinem Park.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We had an attic room this time which got quite warm, and the air-con wasn't as good as it perhaps ought to have been. Staff very helpful and friendly though and because of this and its good location would probably stay again if in the area.

This hotel is a palace compared to the hotel I stayed at in Paris. Large, spacious, and clean room. Bathtub included. I paid 80 euro per night. Breakfast was an extra 7 euro per day.

Kyriad Beaune has 50 single, double, twin, triple and quadruple rooms all with air conditioning, baths and showers. Two rooms have wheelchair access. All of the rooms have hair dryers. Sit back and relax, watching Canal + or Canalsat, or get your work done efficiently thanks to a direct phone line, wireless Internet access and a spacious desk. In summer: breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. during the week and until 10 a.m. In winter: from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the week and from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the weekend. Rendez-vous at the Karousel restaurant, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sometimes spicy, often colorful, always tempting, discover a cuisine which dares some astonishing combinations. Relax and mingle in the cosy hotel bar.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. probably the biggest plus for this hotel The add-on price for meals was expensive for what was on offer while the room was adequate was not one I would have wanted to say in for more than the two nights we were there.

The hotel is traditional and well integrated in the street architecture. The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of town.

Apparments are very basic but fairly clean, no extras like soap, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, coffee etc. provided. No housekeeping service during the stay and the cleaning of the kitchen is up to the guest. Our booking included breakfast, time for breakfast needs to be confirmed the day before (which we didn't know so we had to wait 45 minutes for a table). Front desk personal mostly very friendly and helpful, except on the day of our departure, when they insisted that we hadn't payed for the apartment yet. Located at the outskirts of a very nice little village with two great restaurants (reservations need to be made days ahead).

Un accueil de grande qualité, de bon conseil pour les visites. Il faut demander à la réception à Agnès ou Susan des réductions pour des visites de cave de prestige, et leurs excellents conseils pour les restos.
très grandes chambres, propreté impécable et calme absolu, une belle piscine, une vue magnifique sur la nature depuis tout l'hôtel et des chambres, à 5 minutes du centre de Beaune.
A recommander!!!!
