A real gem of a Hotel, everything was absolutly lovely and the employees could not have been more helpfull. My only complaint would be the price of the buffets, either morning or dinner. Very spendy, like $45.50 FJD p/person for full breakfast and $87+ for dinner.

The Terraces Apartments were perfect. We stayed there one night prior to a sailboat cruise and 2 nights after the cruise. Lots of great restaurants, shopping (including a grocery store and a wine shop) and ferry/boat excursions available across the street at Denarau Port Marina. The view from our balcony was the Denarau golf course and canal (this might be a drawback if you want an ocean view). However, the Bula Bus ($7 Fijian for a day pass) came by every 15 minutes for transportation around the island so it was easy to spend a day at the beach at one of the larger resorts. The apartment was quiet, spacious and spotlessly clean with a well-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. Free internet and a tour desk in the lobby. Excellent staff. Great deal for the money! Highly recommended!!

A great way to finish off a great Fijian Family Holiday having come from the Yasawa Islands. We had 2 nights at the Terraces Apartments and we were all very impressed. Very relaxing and a great feel compared to the many other massive resorts swarming with people and crowded pools. The terraces is like a quiet sanctuary tucked away from the madness.

The resort was wonderful to stay in! close to the marina so great to organise your day trips and the room itself was clean and roomy.
Food onsite was nice and happy hour was a great additon. I thought that the pool bar could have been open longer though as it shut at 6.
Would def stay again!

The Hotels location is perfect; at low tide you still had a beautiful view of the water and not a mud plain. The rooms were very comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom shower and fixture were very upscale considering the reasonable cost of the room. The Buffet breakfast(included in the room rate), the balcony view of the bay and the friendly staff,will make Novotel Lami my choice again while in Suva.

First time I have stayed here, and would make this Hotel my first choice when staying in Suva. Outstanding staff, in all areas, friendly, courteous, helpful and jocular. Excellent buffet breakfasts. While it is out of Suva a short distance, the buses stop outside the front door while taxi fares to the city are minimal.It is well worth being away from the City centre for that reason. The rooms were excellent, comfortable and well serviced. The "conplimentary unrestricted use" of the internet if stayimg more than 3 days was a real bonus. Very good value for money and strongly recommended.

le personnel est bien et serviable
le seul reproche serait que certaines chambres donnent sur une coursive et donc il est difficile d'ouvrir les rideaux!

In my view an average 3 Star Hotel

In my view an average 3 Star Hotel but this is compensated for by the Helpfilness and friendliness of the staff. As always in Fiji getting internet connections is at best diofficult and no different in this Hotel. Food in the Hotel Restuarant is at best basic so dont expect much in this department. Overall I continue to stay here when in Suva as it is reasonable value for money.

While the room was large and included a kitchenette, the hotel was in need of renovation. opposite the pool there were two areas filled with junk, that probably were a restaurant and bar, a while ago. The hotel would have been good without these junk piles, since the staff were friendly, and it was a five minute walk from central Suva.

Its probably the best in Suva

This is a good place for a day or two to look at Suva and visit places such as the markets and the Fiji Museum. Great Fijian Bula welcome from the staff. But restaurant prices and choices too limited and rooms are not sound proof.

Water main broke which is not hotel's fault, but they offered to set us up in a hotel with less amenities at same price. We found actual cost and demanded refund for the difference.
The employees were friendly and helpful, but not happy with treatment from management. Felt they were trying to take advantage of us.
