Tähän hotelliin Tallinnassa haluan aina majoittua. Mukavan kokoinen valoisa, siisti huone näköalaikkunoineen, hyvä palvelu, Spassa hyvät hoidot. Hotellin sijainti lähes keskustassa loistava, lyhyt matka satamasta.

Clean comfortable hotel with a great pool/gym area. The service and location were both great. The were quite average, but still comfortable. I would stay there again.

Sokos Viru is perfectly situated near the old town and within the same complex of two of Tallinn's popular night clubs (The Cat house and Amigo). The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are quite small but its adequate for a weekend or short stay and is comparatively well priced. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Excellent location only 5 mins walk from the Old Town. Breakfast buffet was excellent & all the staff were friendly & helpful. No hesitations about staying here again if we ever returned to Tallinn.

An extremely pleasant experience staying here. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location, right in the heart of the town but quiet at night. We had a lovely room, spacious, extremely clean with everything we could need. Breakfast was good with lots of choice in a pleasant dining room. Plenty of excellent restaurants, beer halls, and places to visit on the door step. People in Tallinn very friendly and the visit was a pleasure from start to finish. Also came home with Baltic Amber rings for our daughters! We flew to Riga and caught a Lux Coach to Tallinn which took about 4 - 5 hours, then back to finish off our holiday in Riga.

The hotel is outstanding. The location is impeccable. The Staff is very attentive and friendly. All the services work well. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast setting is excellent. I wish that there was an elewvator but we do understand tradition and teh need to maintain same.

There were no rooms available for the standard room at the time of my arrival. They upgraded me to the Suite at no charge. The rooms were kept spotless and the staff was very knowledgeable about events and places to go. The breakfast was first class. I could have not asked for a better place to stay.

Right in the centre of the old town and very close to all your shopping needs. Service was friendly. Room is basic so unless you definitely need luxury, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Good value for money.

I was with a group of people sight seeing and we enjoyed our stay very much. I love European hotels because of their uniquiness and this was a charming hotel. I would stay again - but maybe not with a group. When looking for a hotel I wanted to stay in Tallinn's old city in a not-to-expensive hotel - somewhere that my group could easily get around by walking. This was a great fit. This hotel is located on the wall inside old city. The walls in the hallway show the original stone wall. It's very nicely done. The hotel itself was clean, up-to-date, and comfortable (the beds were great!). It is located next to (well, maybe 2 blocks away from) St. Olaf's Church - which is a great starting point to see the city. You can climb the tower for a small price at St. Olaf's and get a great orientation. From our hotel, my group found it easy to walk to the main square (once we got a map - which the front desk will provide)... to Aleksander Nevski (the Russian Orthodox Church) and parliment... and to the main city gates. We actually wanted to walk some in the modern city and it took a 10 minute walk to get to the main gates of old town where you can get to the modern city part. It's easy. This hotel is on a quiet street of the old town - that is, if you stay on the "inside" of old city (facing inward toward old city). Our rooms faced the street behind the wall (on the outside) and it was quite noisy in the mornings. I can pretty much sleep through anything, but it did bother others in my group. I probably would ask for an inside room next time. My biggest 'complaint' and the reason I would probably not take a group again is that the rooms are tiny! :) We did honestly enjoy our stay, but it was a bit cramped. Put into perspective: we are Americans, like a lot of space, and we had big bags. My group did not complain and it was a perfect fit for us; but not sure it would be a good fit for all groups. If I were traveling alone, I would stay again. It has all you need - location, food (resturant downstairs), free breakfast, free wi-fi, clean water, clean rooms, comfortable beds, etc. So, my 'complaint' is small compared to the rest. If you are a easy traveler and want a comfortable place to stay, I recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is great, just by the entrance called Fat Margaret's Tower, an easy walk from the pier. We stayed 2 nights, arrrived early so our room was not ready but left the luggage in the luggage room. They have no safe deposit boxes in the rooms, but have one in the reception so we could leave our valuables there. We had a reservation for the least expensive room so our room faced the back of the hotel and the busy street that borders the wall, so there was noise from the street since there is no air condition and it was hot, (not stiffling hot but we needed to open the windows.) We got a corner room with a little balcony which was nice. )We were so tired from all the walking that this was not a major concern, but if you are a light sleeper you might want to upgrade to a room in the front since the town is mostly pedestriannand the front faces inside the wall.) The room size was average for european standards, clean with a nice bathroom. I had shopped around and for the location this was a good price. We value location first when deciding on a hotel and this was great. The breakfast buffet was very nice and included in the price. There was free wi-fi and one computer in the lobby for the patrons use. We loved Tallin, it is a very well preserved medieval town, easy to walk, with very nice shops, beautiful handicrafts, specially linen apparel, tablecloth, childrens clothing, scarfs, etc.) and nice little restaurants. . The weather was very nice, we were there july 14-16, it rained late one night as we were making our way back to the hotel, but the rest of the time was beautiful.

The location is great, its a 5 minute walk into the heart of the old town. The rooms are what you'd expect, nothing more nothing less. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. They offer a free breakfast but we missed that b/c we stayed out too late the night before and didn't wake up (i was told it's pretty good though).

Great location close to old town and the railway station. The bathroom was inconvenient though, especially for people taller than 1.8m - you just don't fit under the shower.

Hotel bardzo porządny, zlokalizowany w ścisłym centrum. Problemem jest tylko brak restauracji czynnej po godz. 23.00.

L'Hotel è nuovo e abbastanza confortevole, anche la posizione non dispiace, è vicino l'aeroporto ma il centro città si raggiunge in 5 min., la spesa con il taxi è di 5/6 euro. ma ci sono altre possibilità. Lo consiglio anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Очень милый отель, всё очень понравилось. За эту цену 5+. Приветливый персонал, без проблем пустил в номер на 6 часов раньше официального check-in, за что им огромное спасибо! Номер как и весь отель отделан панелями под дерево, а все полы в ковролине, что создает своелбразный уют. Большие понорманые окна в номерах с видом на озеро. В отеле много стекла, в стиле hi-tech. Телевизор/сейф/минибар в номере. Возможно нам достался номер чуть выше классом при заселении (спасибо администрации!). Вкусный горячий завтрак. По утрам в стоимость включена сауна и тренажерный зал. Правда сауна очень маленькая и не работал хамам. В номере немного шумел напольный кондиционер/обогреватель, у которого было ручное управление, так что он часто был выключен. Но не смотря на это всегда было тепло (были зимой). Шум аэропорта не слышно вообще, правда окна не открываются совсем, что создает небольшую проблему со свежим воздухом. До центра 5-10 минут на автобусе №2. Рядом большой торговый центр.

Excellent hotel for very reasonable price in very good location in city centre, but especially close to passenger port. Clean and convenient accomodation.

При расположении номера в сторону вокзала и открытом окне раздражает звук хорошо слышимых дизельных поездов. Очень однообразный завтрак. В остальном - все нормально

Great location, but smallest room I have ever been and breakfast was very modest.

new hotel however room so small that it is smaller than those in Japan. Also when they say twin bed or bunk bed, it means bunk bed and there is no ladder to get to the upper bunk bed. Have to upgrade and cost 20 euro extra.

This IS an apartment, not a hotel. I was looking for that during my trip and received it with a cheap price tag for what I got. I stayed in Vene 1, the most basic, and it was great.

The hotel situates in a very nice location. We can reach the old town or the tram stop just by walking several minutes. We could enjoy the water centre and other physcial activities without paying additional charges. The staff are friendly and they can speak fluent English. The room is clean and big. There are lots of choices during breakfast.

the olympic size pool and 5 jacuzzi's were awesome. they did a great job at the spa. i got a facial and a pedicure and i loved it. they have radio stations on the tv which is awesome. great location.

This hotel located right in the old town, so you can just walk to all points of interest in the old town. The hotel is not fancy but has everything you need for anyone who just want to spend a day or so in Tallinn. Very friendly staff and good breakfast too. I was planning to stay at Swissotel because I know it but decided to give Hotel Bran a try after reading many reviews and good value. Now all I can say is that I am not disappointed.

Baulich bedingt etwas laut: eine Zwischentür zum Nachbarzimmer war kaum isoliert, so dass man die Nachbarn reden hörte. Auf dem Hof lief ständig ein sehr lautes Gebläse, das man nur mit geschlossenem Fenster gut aushalten konnte. Rezeption recht wachsam, Personal immer nett. Sehr sauber - z.B. wurden die Tischplatten im Frühstücksraum immer wieder komplett eingesprüht, nass abgewischt und trockengewienert, bevor sie neu eingedeckt wurden.

A very good budget hotel and an excellent location. You are just minutes from the old town which is ideal for sight seeing and going somewhere to eat. Breakfast was very basic but then again what do you expect from a budget hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The Place is good, very quiet and near to old town (2 min), harbour (5min), shopping (5min). Restaurant very near and good. I Stay One week there and do it again next time. The Fitness and GYM in the Hotel ist great, Cardio Room great. The Bad is, my room has no MiniBar (cold drinks in summer important)

Excellent 5 star boutique hotel. The rate we got from HotelClub was far below the normal rate. We never had breakfast in the hotel - not at 19 € each!, but enjoyed our stay. The view from the "balcony" in our room was amazing, over the rooftops of Tallin. The room was a bit on the small side for a luxury hotel, but was clean, tastefully decorated and vey comfortable.

The Swissotel Tallinn is a wonderful hotel. Easy walk to Old town and Toompea or to the tram that takes you to the Kumu Museum and Kadriorg Palace. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke English. Had a great time in the bar on the top floor and the food was just as incredible as the panorama. Reindeer Tenderloin with sweetbreads, scallops with a bacon foam and a complimentary mushroom cappuccino and sorbets. I made good use of the pool and sauna in the evenings as well. This hotel has everything I was looking for to make a trip to old Europe even more enjoyable.

It is a nice hotel. we liked our room (Comfortable and spacy). We would like to recommend this hotel to everybody.

Hospitality, services and food are simply superb and is located in the vicinity of the old town. Internet facility is extremely easy and speed is excellent. To be recommended for business and leasure stays.

The Von Stackelberg exceeded any and all expectations I had of this hotel. The hotel building, services, staff & overall entire experience was perfect. I would stay here and would recommend this hotel to any and all staying in Tallinn!

We took a ferry from helsinki and were in Tallinn two nights. We walked through the park across from our hotel and walked around the old town and then down through the busier part of the old town. We ate out and shopped and took pictures. Excellent medieval town and very accessible from our hotel. We karaoked one night. It was the favorite town we visited while in northern Europe. Lucky for us hotel staff and serving staff in town spoke English. The breakfast in the hotel was great.

Всё на уровне - номера чистые, персонал приветливый, в пешей доступности от Старого Города. Уезжали рано утром - нам подготовили завтрак с собой в пакетах. Бесплатная стоянка во дворе отеля (там же есть и платная под крышей). Придраться не к чему :)

Very good location. Just few minutes of walk from OLD TOWN. Good parking (5 EUR), free internet access (Hotel equipment in every room). Excellent Brekfast. Only one bad thing - this is non-smoking hotel!
