Near the ferry terminals (especially A, B & C). About a 15 minute walk to the old town/city centre. Probably the best looking hotel building I've ever stayed in. Swimming pool area looked amazing, although during my 2 night stay I did not have time to use it. During a longer stay I certainly would've paid to go in there.

Ordentliches Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe der Bushaltestelle Richtung Venedig. Erwähnenswert ist, daß auch der Flughafen gut per Bus erreichbar ist (Umsteigen am Bahnhof Mestre). Frühere Bewertungen hinsichtlich des Frühstücksbuffets u. ä. sind offensichtlich überholt. Das Hotel ist jetzt uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

It is a very nice hotel. The location is very convinient. It's very close to the old town. The hotel room is very clean and quiet. The breakfast is good as well. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel saunna costs 25 Euro. It would be better if it is free. We stayed in other hotels that saunna is free.

In general this hotel is very good value for money there are minor things which could be better,like the balconies decor and furniture. Fairly basic rooms,comfortable never the less.These issues are relatively minor and are more than overshadowed by the other facilities on offer,such as the indoor 25 meter swimming pool,free saunas,along with many other amenities which are available. Beauty treatments,massage,the list go on.
In short it all depends what you requirements are,if you want a nice room in a central location,enjoying the lap of luxury, stay somewhere else but if you think you would appreciate the above things at a location close to the beach and a fifteen minute bus ride from the centre a stay here could be good for your needs... :-)
