All-inclusive comforts on the north coast of the Dominican Republic Find this all-inclusive beachfront resort nestled amid acres of lush tropical vegetation along the north coast of the Dominican Republic, about an hour's drive from the international airport. Bahia Principe San Juan, opened in 1995, offers numerous activities, guest meals, snacks, drinks, and cocktails, and entertainment in one inclusive price (restrictions apply). Features One of the few hotels fairly close to Playa Grande golf course, this resort is nestled amidst acres of lush tropical vegetation along DR's north coast. Additional sports include basketball, soccer, tennis, mountain biking, and aerobics courses in the gym. Very Relaxing Few Days

None of the rooms have great ocean views and the food selections at the buffet needs to be looked at, but everything else was okay. [...] at the front desk is very professional and addressed an issue that we had when we checked in regarding the air conditioning. He had our room changed immediately and offered prompt assistance as well. I would definitely return though. The staff is very nice and the resort is clean and well maintained. Remember - It's not Punta Cana!
