We are situated conveniently close to Odense Congress Center, Stadium Arena Fyn, The University of Southern Denmark, Rosengaardscentret - one of the largest shopping centers in Denmark and the Highway E20. The City Center of Odense is only ten minutes away by car.
All our rooms are large and comfortably furnished with working desk, arm chairs, iron/ironing board, coffee maker, flat screen television, free wireless Internet access and ensuite bathroom with hairdryer. In the roomy suites there is additionally an extra flat screen television in the bedroom and a mini-bar. In your spare time you can visit the fitness room and sauna or play a game of billiards and foosball.

Description

The hotel locates close to the railway station and you can easily walk to the shopping area of Odense. The hotel is small, but if you just need a place to stay it works perfectly.

The restaurant and bar has reopened as a french brasserie serving classical bistro cuisine and the bar is transformed into a luxurios salon kept in warm, intimate colours and with a private library. Beautiful hotel. An old building completely renovated and restored beautifully. A cross between a 19th century and gorgeous modern boutique styling.
I have already recommended this hotel to people. I will definitely stay there again.

City Hotel Odense is a modern hotel built in 1988 with 43 well-appointed rooms and a private locked car park.
When visiting City Hotel Odense you are welcome to park your car in the locked car park. The hotel offers a tasty breakfast buffet in the cosy breakfast restaurant and various activities in the activity room, i.e. pool, table tennis and darts. The computer room offers computer and printer at your disposal.
Please feel welcome to relax in the lounge with comfortable furniture, and enjoy a drink or a free cup of coffee or tea in front of the open fire. Here you will find a large flat screen television as well.
The reception is open 24 hours and offers a selection of drinks, snacks, various toiletries, post cards and stamps. You can borrow Danish newspapers and British/American magazines any time.

Our capacity is 25 rooms, and we offer a good intimate alternative to the larger - and more expensive - hotels in Odense.

i normally stay at 4 star properties, but was very impressed by this place. it is basic but quite roomy (i was in a single room) and it was comfortable. would recommend this place - great value for money. Also free internet in lobby.
