Hotel Jutlandia has 99 light and well-furnished rooms. The standard rooms have TV- pay-movie- trouser press- hairdryer and bathtub. The superior rooms also have shower. Family rooms for four persons. Free wireless Internet in the whole of the hotel. Weekend stays with or without dancing- mini holidays in the Land of Light and golf holidays. Parking against payment behind the hotel or in the underground parking of the hotel. Hotel Jutlandia in Frederikshavn is a landmark which the visitors cannot avoid noticing when driving to and from the busy harbour with the ferries to Gothenburg- Oslo and Laesoe. The director of the hotel Camilla Frost is a grandchild of the builder of the hotel and thus it is a family-run hotel which emphasizes hospitality and whose enthusiastic staff will give you the best individual service all year round. The late couturier Erik Mortensen regarded the hotel as his second home when visiting his hometown. He had his own suite with furniture from Thailand which was his favourite country and today it is frequently usedfor example as a bridal suite. The hotel is the leading hotel in Frederikshavn and it is close to everything. the ferries- the railway station and the many shops. From the restaurant of the hotel Graaanden on the 6th floor you can overlook the pulsating life of the harbour and - not the least - the blue waves of the Kattegat. In other words you can relax and feel at ease while the chefs pamper the palates with the best from the Danish cuisine. If you would like to have a drink before dinner you may visit the pub of the hotel which offers cocktails and all sorts of beer from most of the world. The hotel is the perfect setting for parties- conferences and business dinners - or simply for a breather in the everyday life where you can benefit from the location in the Land of Light in the farthest north of Jutland with fresh air- high skies and several kilometres long beaches.

Description
Hotel Lisboas 32 double rooms are all equipped with toilet - bath and colour TV. The hotel offers weekend stays - mini holidays and also October party stays. From the hotel there is only one stones throw to the very beautiful Bangsbo area and the hill Pikkerbakken with a view over Kattegat. Hotel Lisboa is a cosy family-run hotel situated in the southern part of Frederikshavn - close to the wood and the beach. There are only 5 minutes by car to the ferry port and thus the ferries to Norway Sweden and the Danish island Laesoe. A bit further north you will also find the Palm Beach where you can enjoy life and the fine weather in the shadow of real palms. On this perhaps northernmost palm beach in the world there are both a beach bar and a beach volley course. The main impression of the hotel is that is light and friendly and all the rooms have been decorated by the Danish painter Peder Meinert. The children can enjoy free access to the inns large garden and terrace with different games and a playground and guests of all ages will delight in the hotels menu card which offers fried Frederikshavn plaice. Altogether the chef makes good traditional food from the Danish cuisine. Hotel Lisboa is a good starting point for exploring the area called - Lysets Land - in North Jutland. Neither Skagen nor Aalborg is far away and if you wish to try an alternative to the child-friendly Kattegat beaches - the North Seas waves are not far away either. There are also lots of possibilities of spending an active holiday e.g. fishing and riding. Golfing and surfing. If you have some time left Frederikshavn is known as a good shopping town.
