The walk in to the city center is a cold, windy experience in the winter.
Not a comforting feeling to have drunk personnel on new years eve... I was thinking... what if something happens...? these guys are taking responsibility under for example a fire...? I think not...
Good rooms. Nice view. The shuttlebus is a good idea.

We came to Copenhagen on vacation. The hotel was in a perfect location, across from the central train station, Tivoli Gardens and the tourist center. In spite of the central location, it was a very pleasant area to walk. Our hotel room was very clean and everything worked perfectly. At first we were slightly put off by the design of the hotel, Danish Modern. However, it grew on us and by the time we checked out, we agreed this was a good selection for us. The hotel was very quiet and the concierge was helpful. There was some outside noise in the morning rush hour but not excessive.

Close to the train station and to Tivoli Garden. Room was slightly on the small side (although not tiny!) but the staff was always friendly and helpful and both the breakfast and the evening buffets were generous. I'd stay there again!

Room was very clean, decent size. Only problem was the ongoing renovation at our end of the hotel. We were able to check in early. Buying the buffet breakfast was a good deal and the food was good and plentiful.. Advise buying same. Would have liked referrals to restaurants other than their own for dinner, since it had a very limited menu for dinner.

Hotel is one block from the front of the Central Station - turn back in the direction the train came in from if you are coming from the airport. We unfortunately left the back of the station and had to walk down several blocks of cobblestone streets to find the hotel. The staff did provide us with a ferry brochure but directions were brief and incomplete. We did have a map so found our way ok on our own. They also loaned us a converter plug for our laptop. The room was small and there were 2 very small half bathrooms: one with small sink and toilet and the other was a tiled shower room with sink and a shower curtain to block water from ruining the door. The hotel was clean was probably very elegant in its time but could use a facelift.

Contempary Danish design. Immaculate. Several problems ultimately satisfied with price reduction. TV didn't work--took 2 hours to get sevice, but it never did work. Promised an additional single bed which never came (we thought this would put us in a larger room). Must walk down & back up 40 stairs or a long ramp which puts you 300 feet beyond hotel entrance--not fun with luggage. Excellent food in resturant but limited menu & slow service.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The location was great, just one train stop away from Copenhagen Central/Tivoli/etc.. We actually walked to Tivoli and it only took about 15 minutes.
The hotel itself was very nice. Very modern with fairly spacious rooms (for Europe at least), clean, etc... We had an actual double bed rather than two singles pushed together, flat screen TV, small closet, mini bar, clean bathroom with shampoo, etc (why is this so uncommon in European hotels?), and even an outlet converter!
We would definitely stay there again.

Stay on the Executive Floor at Copenhage

Stayed on the Executive Level(11th floor)which meant(previously unbeknowned to me) that we were included in the executive meals, snacks, desserts, alcohol(and all drink beverages offered) throughout my stay in Copenhagen(3.5 days), provided at no extra charge. This served to defray considerable costs as this is a most expensive city/country. Room was beautiful, of course, overlooking the river and Christianhaven( I believe). Room service and amenities were "top drawyer,"[...]The only drawback to the Marriott is the check-in time which is 4pm. We arrived at noon. Most hotels allow one in to a room at least by 2pm! Therefore, I will not give this hotel the top rating due to this. I do have to say, that we were given the key to that Executive room with all of the amenities I have earlier described and would have been most comfortable, well fed and well drunk by 4PM but I did not fully comprehend this being the "peasant" that I am, and never took advantage of this. If someone reading this has the opportunity to stay on the 11th floor and is offered the executive key to the executive club, please do not make the mistake of remaining in the main hotel lobby while waiting for your room to be readied!!! Great hotel, great location to walk to Tivoli, Christainhavn, to all pertinant areas to get tour busses to Sweden tour, Hamlet Castle tours, etc. and not that far from the Airport

The furniture in the room was basic and worn out. The bathroom was very tiny and it was difficult to keep my change of clothes dry when I take a shower. With just a shower curtain, the floor of the whole bathroom became wet and messy. The receptionists were always helpful though and gave us all the information we needed to get around. Being close to the Central station, it was easy to get around.

Very central location with walking distance to many attractions e.g. Tivoli and Ströget. The room aiming to the main street was disturbed by the trains opposite the street. Very small but comfortable double room. Basic breakfest, no surprises, except the huge size of the "Danish pastry - "Wienerbröd"

We were overnighting before a cruise to Norway. Rooms are small, but reasonably clean. Room was warm (early August) but too noisy at times with window open because courtyard has a table and people sit and smoke and talk till all hours of the morning. <

Great Location near Tivoli Gardens and Train Station

Not the most luxurious hotel but it was comfortable and very clean. The room was small and the bathroom even smaller but we walked the entire city from this location. Just down the street from Tivoli Gardens and the main train station. Close to the waterfront and lots of attractions. The staff was very helpful and all spoke English. I have kept their business card as I will return the next time we travel to Copenhagen.

Positives: Good location close to train station and low price. The room was ready when I arrived 10 am. The wifi worked well. And the breakfast is good. The staff was helpful--they phoned to get me a restaurant reservation.
Negatives: The escalator at the entrance didn't work. It's not luxurious: the room is small and the bathroom tiny. Taking a shower means the entire bathroom floor gets wet and stays wet for some time.
Watch out for the bunk beds--I bumped my head.

I stayed in a single room on groundfloor and in the evening and morning the guests and staff smoked outside the window, bad when tne window is open . A none smoking room became one. The bedroom itself was as big as the shower room. Despite this it was a very nice hotel.

Hotellissa on paljon kokolattiamattoja joista rapuissa olevat matto-osat ovat sottasia. Sottaisuuteen tutustuimme pakosta kun runsaan viikon oleskelumme aikana asiakashissi oli poissa käytöstä peräti kaksi kertaa. Kiipeäminen ylimpään 6.n kerrokseen kävi päivän kävelyjen jälkeen tosikuntoilusta. Henkilökunta ei suinkaan tarjonnut henkilökunnan hissiä korvaavana hissinä. Henkilökunta viihtyy keskenään, ei häiritse asiakkaita;) Hämmästyttävän huono 4 tähden hotelliksi.

物価が高いコペンハーゲンのホテルにしてはお手頃価格のホテルでした。駅から近く、近くに飲食店やスーパーもあって便利でした。観光地へも歩いて行けるので、交通費がかかりません。朝食もビュッフェスタイルで美味しかったです。
部屋は少し狭いですが、設備に問題ありませんでした。

Good Value and Great Location

As was described in previous reviews, the bathroom was a little odd, but I got used to it. I am very sensitive to the smell of smoke, and altough the room itself didn't smell like smoke, I could smell it when my neighbors were smoking. Either other guests disregard the no-smoking policy or the hotel has rooms in which smoking is allowed. Fortunately, this didn't happen all the time.
I also didn't doubt that the linens were clean, but they just didn't smell very fresh.
The breakfast buffet was great- since food and everything else is quite expensive in Copenhagen, it made the hotel rate an even bigger bargain. It was hearty enough- not used to having deli meat and cheese for breakfast, so it was a kind of brunch for me.
Also, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and you could even walk to Central Station in 10 min.

Dit is een prima hotel voor de zakenreiziger die niet duur uit wil zijn en toch een goede nachtrust belangrijk vindt. Het ligt in een rustige wijk, niet ver van openbaarvervoer. Op een 15 minuten taxirit van het vliegveld. Er zijn ruim voldoende eetgelegenheden in de omgeving van het hotel.
De sfeer is er gemoedelijk en het personeel, hoewel schaars, wel erg vriendelijk. Internet niet gratis maar zeker betaalbaar en snel genoeg voor de meeste toepassingen.

We arrived at the Hotel Hebron about 10am Sunday morning after leaving our cruise ship. The hotel desk clerk was young, spoke excellent English and was truly delightful. She showed us where to store our luggage as our room wasn't yet ready(as was expected). She also said that they would fix us an early breakfast on Monday morning and call a taxi for us as we needed to leave by 6:15am to go to the airport and breakfast would not normally be served until after we needed to leave. Breakfast was, indeed, waiting or us Monday morning and the taxi arrived just as promised. I would definately say that the service was superb.
Our room was on the second floor (reached by elevator)small, but certainly adequate. Queen size bed, desk, small chair in corner and built in night tables. Bathroom had small shower. By European standards, this was a normal hotel room. Although small, it certainly suited our needs and was very clean. Perhaps the only drawback was that it did not have air conditioning or a fan. As our room faced the hotel atrium area (open at the top)we did open our windows to let in some fresh air. As summers can sometimes be very warm, no air conditioning could be a problem.
The hotel was located about three blocks from Tivoli Gardens and within easy walking distance to almost everything. The Hop On, Hop Off bus stop was about a block away, so very convenient.
There is a Gentlemen's Club right next to the hotel, but didn't seem to cause a problem.
We would definately stay in this hotel again, but not in the summer heat!

Noisy but tolerable as long as you have windows closed. Housekeeping should probably check the bathroom supply for multi-day stay guests.

The DGI was very nice. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were comfortable. The towel warming rack was awesome. The breakfast was wonderful. The location was just a few blocks from the train station, but in a rough neighborhood. If you stayed on the main street all was well. But you can have that in any large city. As for the hotel, I would stay there again, very clean and a pleastant staff.

Das Hotel hat sehr unterschiedliche Zimmer - von Substandard bis recht gut. Es liegt ideal am Hauptbahnhof. Beim Buchen ist darauf zu achten, dass "no facilities" bedeutet, dass es nur WC und Dusche am Gang gibt! Die sind zwar recht sauber, aber dennoch nicht ausreichend. Beim Preis für das Einzelzimmer von ca. 91 Euro hätte ich mir Dusche und WC im Zimmer erwartet. Außerdem war das Mobiliar aus den 50er Jahren und sehr schäbig. Konnte allerdings am nächsten Tag ein sehr viel besseres Zimmer gegen Aufpreis erhalten.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
