Poor experience with dining (evening dinner) - ignored by staff - chose to eat out instead. Our room was opposite the lifts and they were noisy. Other than that it was pleasant enough. Breakfast was included and this was nice.

Functional and fine for a short stay

This was an overnight stay on our way to Esbjerg on our way back from Norway. The hotel is convenient for the station and the town centre. The rooms are fine and service was friendly. Breakfast is limited in choice but OK. Overall, reasonable value for money for a short stay.

Small room, very small bathroom, but everything new and clean. It is not cheap, but this is Denmark.

Description
This fine hotel also offers full leisure facilities, giving guests an excellent opportunity to relax. One of the best hotels in the city and an ideal base from which to explore the city. This is a restored Manor house, built in 1808 and therefore has a traditional look. Just outside the centre of Aalborg, near to the shops and popular night life.

Rooms were spacious and standardly appointed. The location is quiet and away from traffic yet near the center by car. Bus transport is readily available. Excellent dining facilities and a fine breakfast buffet.

Helnan Hvide Hus Hotel is beautifully situated in the Kildepark in the centre of Aalborg. The hotel has 198 well equipped rooms and a lobby and cafe area. You can always relax on the terrace area. Restaurant Kilden, the cosy Pejse bar and banquet rooms are situated on the 15th Floor, and has spectacular views of Aalborg city and the Lim Fjord. The Helnan Hvide Hus offers optimal conditions for the conduct of meetings and conferences, and has 18 different meeting rooms, where the largest has a room for 450 people.

Description
Park Hotel Aalborg wishes you welcome. The hotel is known for its cosy and romantic atmosphere. The hundred year history of the building has been preserved along with the original rooms, paintings and trimmings. In 1990 an extension was added which harmonises perfectly with the beautiful older building. Personal, polite and helpful services are the key-words of the Stroem Family, who have owned and managed the Hotel for over 50 years.
The hotels restaurant, Christian X, is named after the hotels painting. In the restaurant is served specially chosen menus, inspired by classic Danish and French cuisine. Annexed to the restaurant is the hotels bar, where one can enjoy a drink before or after dining. During the summer period, there is a delightful garden-court yard and walk away restaurant with service.
Salon I and II are the hotels old party rooms which conjure memories of the past. Kroeyer I and II are newer rooms built in the old style and trimmed with paintings of the married couple “Kroeyer”, Painted by their student Domh.
All rooms adaptable and well suited to social gatherings, such as courses and conferences. All the guest rooms are tastefully furnished in a romantic style in keeping with the hotels age. Park Hotel offers 42 double rooms, 6 triple rooms, 5 suites and 28 single rooms. Park Hotel Aalborg lies in the heart of Aalborg city jus across the way from the train station, bus terminal and parking house. Aalborg Congress and Cultural Centre, shopping centres, as well as many cultural attractions are all within walking distance.
The hotels location allows ample opportunity for exercise – fitness centre as well as park area with extensive pathway system can be found next to the hotel. The hotel is the ideal starting point for busy business people as well as tourists.
