Hotel is 2 stars but we like it more than 4 stars.
It is located in the perfect place in Larnaca.
Near by beach and in the heart of Larnaca market and tourist old place.
Rooms are cleaned daily but towel and bed sheet are being changed every 3 days unless you requested to change.
But at any future trip I'll go to this hotel.

Hotellihan ei tasoltaan erikoinen ole, huoneet kuluneita ja huonot maisemat. Ylhäällä on allas ja terassi josta hienot näköalat, oli kylläkin suljettu mitä suuresti ihmettelin, pääsihän sinne kuitenkin ku vaan meni. Vieressä on kuntokeskus ja siellä voi treenata vaikkapa Thainyrkkeilyä, hienoa. Rantahan alkaa heti hotellin edestä ja on kyllä parhaimpia näkemistäni. Larnaca on kallis paikka, mutta kyllä siellä kannatta kerran käydä ja ehkä keskustasta löytyy parempiakin hotelleja.

This is an acceptable hotel and is typical for hotels around that region. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I stayed only for one night and I was satisfied. The hotel is in town, which made it easier to see around. For a couple days, I think it is just fine and the price was reasonable.

A very well kept and clean property. Facilities include a 24hr reception, bar, internet facilities and baby carrier. Rooms cleaned daily, laundry service, doctor on call, baby sitting service, sun roof and car park. Safe box, A/C and breakfast are available at a supplement. (DB 04/09) Modern block of apartments typical of the area. These modern apartments consist of a family run complex providing comfortable accommodation at reasonable prices. Only 10 minutes drive from Larnaca International Airport, conveniently located in the heart of town. The main promenade and sandy beach are within a 2 minute walk, where numerous shops, restaurants and bars are also located.

Very friendly service make this property a great value for money. Theme nights organised regularly by the pool area. Hotel is close to the centre of town and is ideal for families. (DB 05/09) This is a modern purpose built property. *** EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTED RATES *** Located north of Larnaca in the tourist area, within walking distance from the beach and close to the old town, 5 minutes drive from the centre and the famous Palm tree promenade. A variety of bars and restaurants lie at its doorstep.

Conveniently situated hotel in peaceful surroundings. Hotel is a bit old, so it is not so shiny any more. However, we were happy after our two-night stay in December 2009. Almost opposite the hotel entrance, a small and modest snack-bar serves nice pitabread with grilled halloumi - yummy!

This very charming hotel with Cypriot-influenced designs was fully renovated in 2007. The property is situated in a quiet residential area, only 15 minutes walk from the commercial and tourist centre of Larnaca and its famous palm tree promenade. Facilities include coin-operated Internet facilities and outdoor pool. Wireless Internet is also available free of charge in the lobby, bar and around the pool area. (DB 05/09) This is a modern whitewashed purpose-built hotel, set on three floors. A medium-sized private pool is located just by the entrance. Located in the old part of Larnaca, close to the centre of town and only 10 minutes drive from the airport. It is 200 metres from the popular Makenzie Beach, with its restaurants and bars.

stayed one night after long flight, needed clean basic hotel near airport. Hotel was fine, checkin easy. A/c was weak but minimally sufficient. Great seafood restaurant nearby withing 5 minutes walk to beach...good suggestions from very friendly, hospitable hotel owner.

We stayed at Regina's for a week in early April when the weather was fairly cool (highs low 20s Celsius), even so our private pool was cleaned every day. The owner, John, checked on us most days to see if everything was OK (which it was), as did the caretaker Peter. There were just my wife and I staying in a 3 bedroom villa, but even so the price we paid was under what we were being quoted for B&B and 4 and 5 star hotels. I've scored everything except location as very good as our stay was faultless. Location scored as good, rather than very good as local tavernas were 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Thoroughly recommend these villas!

The location of the hotel is convenient to the airport; as well as to the rest of the island. Request sea view room and would recommend paying extra for the full breakfast every morning. The hotel has very nice swimming pool area (indoor and outdoor); nice gym (though you must pay extra for the sauna). Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. The inside hotel furniture is in good shape, but needs updating. The management left a bottle of wine and fruit basket in the room for my birthday. I would rate this hotel a three star (by American standards). This was my second trip to Cyprus. We enjoy the sites, weather, the greek food so much that we will eventually retire on the island. Note that the hottest weather is in July and August. Be sure to visit the other cities in Cyprus such as Nicosia, Paphos, Ayia Napa, and Limassol. We avoid the Turkish occupied part of the island out of respect for the Greek Cypriot refugees.

5 star hotel might be overstated...

The hotel was nice. The rooms were perfectly acceptable. We had a "suite" that mainly equated to a huge deck outside the average sized room.
I'm not sure where the "5 star" rating came from - it may be as compared to the rest of the island - but compared to the rest of the places I've been, it was 4 star on its best day.
The staff was friendly and most of them spoke at least reasonable english.
The amenities at the hotel were, in my opinion, pretty expensive. Beers started at 5-6 euro and drinks went up from there. Dinner at their buffet was almost 60 euro for two with no drinks.
Over-all, it was a nice place to stay but I wouldn't go expecting the luxury experience you might find at other 5 star resorts.
**note** in the small part of Cyprus we saw, I didn't see any other hotels that looked strikingly better.

Pros:
Good breakfast, nice pool, nice staff. For the price it was fine. Quiet during this period.
Cons:
Location is 12 euro cab to Larnaca, it's not luxurious, unnecessary rules like 1 towel per person and the a la carte evening food was very poor.
Summary: A very average beach hotel. My expectations set by the description and that it was 5* was that it would be more luxurious. For the price I should have probably been more realistic!

big disappointment on our visit of 2 years ago. standards have slipped and entertainment practically non-existant. We had returned because we were impressed with our last visit but feel let down this time.
