The hotel is very clean, very nice, in nice location. Experienced staff, customer service is great in the hotel. Room is very clean. Internet available 24/7. Hotel assistance for transportation. Dining is awesom. In room service was very neat. All the staff speak the language. The pool area very clean and organized. I already recommened this hotel to my co-workers and friends I met in China, and my relative too..Not only that, any time travelling overseas will consider international chain hotel especially sofitel...

the hotel was very accomadating. helped with questions when nessary. they have an association with the high level hotel on the frount of the compound. resturant was between good and excelent. very friendly. very helpful. All in all the hotel experience was excelent!!! I had gon to china to meet my future bride (which turned out wonderful) and the hotel was very accomadating to her also. I have traveled extensively through my life and in the usa I wont stay in a holiday in unless I know the hotel or an associate has been there before and gives it an ok. but I find that most out of usa (at least till they get older hahaha) are very nice.......Bill

I had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Plaza! The staff was absolutely friendly and they were extremely helpful. My room was very cozy and clean. The complimentary breakfast is really good. They have a variety of things to choose from. Very tasteful and filling! This hotel is in the city of Zhengzhou and it is about 45min to an hour away from the airport. Besides, it being far from the airport it is a beautiful hotel with a good staff! I will be staying here again!
