The hotel was excellent in every capacity and made for a pleasurable experience. The only complaint is they cannot exchange currencies and you must visit a local bank. Otherwise, the food, the surroundings and the accommodations exceeded expectations.

Apart from the initial problem of arriving very late at night when the English speaking staff had gone home, we were able to survive the first night. After that, everything went well. If you don't speak Chinese, have someone who does on speed dial so that you can use your phone for interpretation. The most important part was being able to access the internet with my laptop. When I changed room, I had a desktop in the room.

I think the air conditioning left much to be desired. So hot and sticky in room.
