房間蠻大的，熱水等其他設施都不錯，超過我的心理價位了，但是房間進去有股味道，地毯不乾淨，潮濕發霉。位置蠻好的，周邊逛漓江以及邊上吃飯地方都很多。服務的話沒感受到其他服務，前台服務不是特別熱情但也不是很冷淡，速度都還可以，有問有答。如果能清楚房間味道搞的更乾淨點就更好了。總體來說對得起這個價位。

インターネットＬＡＮケーブル有り、無料で利用可能（約１００Ｍ）。セイフティボックスは無し。シャワーのみ。アメニティは一般的。ミニバーコナーは有るが冷蔵庫の中は空。冷暖房完備。眺望は無し（見えるのはビルの屋根のみ）。室内の清掃は良好。フロントは英語でのサポートのみ。
ロケーションは空港からエアポートバスで約５０分で桂林駅近くのバス停に到着。そこからタクシーでホテルへ約１５元程。ホテルからは湖畔沿いに東へ歩いて約１０分程で中心街の中山中路へ。

The hotel was in the middle of building a restaurant during my stay so there was no place on-site to grab food. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They don't speak English, so make sure you can speak Chinese! The room was well-decorated, though it didn't look like it had been cleaned very thoroughly before I arrived.

The Guilin Ronghu Lake Hotel is situated on the west bank of Banyan Lake in the center of Guilin city. The hotel is characterized by its villa-styled buildings and covers approximately 120 000 square metres. The Ronghu hotel is the only one of the state-guests hotel in Guilin. Around the hotel are many extraordinary hills and attractive small lakes verdant bamboo trees and weeping willows. On the other side of the lake are the famous scenic spots - the Ancient South City Gate and Thousand-year-old Banyan Tree.The Ronghu Hotel is located 28-kilometers from the Airport 3-kilometers away from the railway station and 0.5 kilometer from the city center.There are 8-buildings with around 500 international standard rooms deluxe suites and presidential suites. Hotel staff extremely friendly. Staff helped us book full day and 1/2 day excursions. Hotel is located outside the city center and not within walking distance to attractions; however, taxi is very reasonably priced. Hotel is also located about 50 minutes from the airport. Location requires you to book a car service in advance or take a taxi. They do not offer a shuttle. Rooms facing the back and on the end near the bridge are a bit noisy...a lot of horns honking in the AM. Lounge entertainment is very good. Buffett is better than most and contains an extensive variety of items. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Class and elegance, set in a remote riverside location, distant from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The Shangri-la service was evident from the moment our party arrived at the entrance, to the reception, up to our rooms, and all through the cafe, bar and the Chinese restaurant. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. Particularly impressive was Ms Bonnie Yang, who served practically as our personal waitress at dinner at the Shang Palace. With a ready smile the whole time, she patiently served us, four exacting and hungry men. Her attentiveness and her recommendations of some delightful dishes all meshed together to provide us a lovely dining experience. She was the main reason we went back for seconds the next evening !

This superior tourist class property is a very nice choice for business and leisure travelers. (0504 AC) The hotel is modern styled 7-story building. The hotel is located at the famous Li River in the downtown area of Guilin. This is 45 minutes drive to the airport and a 10 minute drive to the railway station, just within walking distance to local markets and shopping centre.

Description
Hotel has a nice environment with five theme gardens inside and has plan for renovation in the near future. (0304/JY)
It is a Chinese national garden style and the hotel totally covers an area of 80,000 square meters. The hotel is only few minutes drive from city centre, surrounded by Lijiang River facing Seven Star Cave and with Elephant Trunk Hill behind it.
