到當日check-in 時當值職員表示我們預訂的是雙床房， double 的意思是兩張單人床，我們表示按英語或國際酒店預訂經驗，double bed 的意思是一張雙人床， 經我們再三表示不能接受雙床房後，其表示可給我們轉房，但要求我們下次竹看清楚，我們覺得此職員的態度十分有問題，第一，沒有弄清楚便假設是我們看錯的問題，第二，已經轉房給客人仍然要對客人不禮貌對待。
對此酒店的態度十分不滿
另外，hotel club的資料出錯亦是令此事故發生的主要原因

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I'd have to say the stay was better this time. NOTE: My ratings for this hotel is based on comparison to other hotels in China. If I had to rate it on the same basis as hotels in other industrialized countries, I'd probably give it 3 stars.
Location:
It's located in the older part of Guangzhou. If it was located in Tienhu, I would have given it a better rating on location.
1. There's a KFC and a Pizza Hut 2 doors down from the hotel.
2. There's a 7-11 across the street.
3. There's a Jesco opening up soon that's a couple of blocks away.
4. The Crowne Plaza hotel is probably a 5 minute walk.
5. There's a Star Bucks about 10 minutes away from the hotel. (across the street from the Garden Hotel).
Amenities:
Asides from the restaurant on the 45th floor, I didn't try out the other amenities the hotel offered.
1. The restaurant on the 45th floor has an unbeatable view of Guangzhou. The breakfast buffet they offer is one of the larger and better ones I've tried in China. I tried lunch buffet there, but it's not worth it for the price.
2. I used there laundry service twice and I had no complaints.
Room:
I'm not sure if the staff made a mistake, but they gave me a suite this time, and I would have to say it was a great room. The decor might not have been really contemporary, but it wasn't old by any means. They had 2 t.v.s in the room. The bed was large, and firm. The internet service (both wired and wireless) was relatively fast. There was a slight delay loading pages but I think that's because of the government censoring.
Staff:
Just so-so. Checking in was relatively prompt, but checking out took like 15 minutes (no line, just me). Exchanging money took a long time too. But I'd have to say that the staff's English was above average for a Chinese hotel.

This is the second time we stayed here. We picked this hotel mainly because of its proximity to our relatives. We found the service adequately good and the room (business) is a good size. Although it does help as we can speak the language.

I find this hotel one of the best to stay in in Guangzhou . The rooms are really great and the staff are very good. On this visit I had a little bother being picked up from the airport as they not logged my booking for transport but on arrival Thomas li the head Ccncierge upgraded both of us and could not have been more helpful. The food hall is very good on the ground floor but the Italian is a little expensive .

This place is nicely situated just west of the east station. It's easy to find due to the lilac (coloured) signs. The rooms are clean and roomy with tasteful wicker furniture. There is a large courtyard with a carp filled pond - great if you want to get out of the room and can't face the whirl of the streets outside. The 2 bummers are: beds are rock hard (you can ask for an extra futon which helps a little) and there's no fridge (bad news for beer drinkers). The staff at the Lilac are very friendly and polite. Liuhua is near to the MRT station and within the region of wholesaler for clothing. If your objective is to purchase clothings from Guangchow, Liuhua hotel will be your No 1 choice.

由於是在第109屆廣交會期間入住的關係,所以住宿費用的部份有比平常期間高出了許多,但是週遭的酒店也是如此,飯店的清潔度算是還不錯,房間空間也算可以接受的大小,設備的維護狀況就比較差了一點,因為當天發現洗髮精有擠不出來的狀況及附設的電腦無法開啟,隔音的部份只能算是尚可,整體來說約85分,如果下次還有機會的話能會考慮入住,最後交通方便算是他的最大優點了!

Best to summarize with points:
- I'm on a business Trip. I'm from New York.
- Stayed for five nights, booked 2 nights via cheap tickets and 3 once I liked hotel and ended up paying more here. Save money, book entire trip online.
- Stayed in 1 King size bed room. Big, comfy, clean bed.
- Clean Room. Very Clean.
- Complimentary Water, Coffee Pot in Room.
- EXCELLENT Bathroom. Clean, modern, complimentary toothbrush, paste, soap, shower gel, shampoo.
- EXCELLENT free breakfast. I've stayed at many chinese hotels and this was the best breakfast. Fresh Western Egg Buffet with toast. Can't get better than that.
- Free items to borrow such as Iron, 220V to 110V transformer, other business items including desk. I could NEVER get this at other hotels I've stayed at for this price.
- Free Wifi and hardwirec Ethernet internet access. Wifi seemed to only work half the time but they have a Long hardwired ethernet wire connected to a router in the room. Works, is fast, cannot complain. Excellent.
- Overall experience: you cannot do better in Guanzhou for the price. Located walking distance to fashion clothing market and shoe market. 7-11 and grocery stores right downstairs. 24 hour Mcdonalds 5 min walking distance. I did not take 1 cab since all my work locations were right here.

This Hotel is beside Metro station and is very convenient to reach Beijing Road Pedestrian Shopping Street and the airport.
Rooms are clean have good reasonable western breakfast.

Exellent room size with transparent bathroom . No wifi inside the room unfortunately. Average breakfast choice , convenient location inside the city (night life),nice river view and one of the best fish restaurants in Guangzhou about 50 steps to the left from main entrance .
Best comparably to HolInnCityCenterGuangzhou and China Mandarin.

A decent hotel in a reasonable location. Staff very friendly and helpful.
TV in the room did not work properly, with no signal for English speaking chanels.
Internet access was also restricted for part of my stay there although problem fixed on last day

Location is convenient. It's a new hotel so the staff are still in the learning curve; given time they would surely improve. The room is spacious, clean provided with good towels and toileteries. Can be reccomended for anyone who values a good comfortable hotel.

Thought situated one station away from the main shopping malls at Tiyu XiLu, it was in a nice quiet and spacous area.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
The buffet breakfast varied daily and had a good range of dishes.
The rooms we had was cosy and comfortable, even had a pillow menu. It had all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. We really like the place and would stay here again.
Hotel was just 5 mins walk from the Zhujiang New Town station A2 exit.
Close to restaurants and a convience store. There a new shopping plaza with a Jusco supermarket across the road from the A1 exit.
You can take the Metro (line 3) all the way from Baiyan International airport to Zhujiang New Town station for 13 yuan, takes about 35 mins.
The metro was convient to get to all the tourist spots around the town. Unfortunately the trains only operates between 6:00 and 23:30 depending on which lines.
