The hotel has 116 rooms.Note: Non-Chilean residents are exempted from VAT (Value-Added Tax) payment on room prices upon check out. Non residents will be asked for a photocopy of their valid passport and immigration card ("Tarjeta de Turismo") upon arrival. Chilean Passengers must pay at the hotel, the 19% VAT tax. Foreign passengers are exempt from payment of VAT (19%) of the room, presenting tourist card issued by the immigration service and paying in U.S. Dollars. Foreign passengers who want a bill, must pay the room rate plus tax VAT (19%) Foreign passenger who wants to make the payment in local currency, you must add the value of VAT (19%)
