The hotel offer the own stamp of an authentic family hotel in the south of Chile. SERVICES: - Heated pool, Jacuzzi for the family, sauna, 5 massage rooms with a variety of treatments, Gym, Web Corner (4 internet and workstations), Gift Shop, Recreation room for adults with pool table, Recreation room for kids with all the facilities for children and teenagers, Clean energy system for hot water and heating in the entire hotel using a Geothermal system. Property also offers facilities like Barbecue area, Billiards, Children's facilities, Lobby and Reception. We had a lovely stay in the off-season

We had a lovely stay in the off-season and would recommend the hotel to anyone. The view was to die for, and waking up with the lake and the morning mist in our picture window made us all not want to leave the hotel at all although there was so much we wanted to do in the environs. The buffet breakfasts we 5 star as was the dinner in the hotel restaurant. We'll be back.

Excellent stay. Good wifi, excellent room and view. It would have been nice to have espresso coffee available at breakfast, cold milk for cereals, and a biot more choice for the buffet. It was the least impressive aspect of the stay.
