Ocean view rooms in Hanga Roa town one block from the main street, shops, restaurants, rentals and shows. Tupa Hotel, formerly Topara'a Inn, is a family run hotel originally built by Sergio Rapu Haoa, an archaeologist renowned for his studies of the islands moai , or monolithic stone figures. He was also Easter Islands first native governor.Tupa Hotel is located on Tanera Teave, one block off of the main street of Atamu Tekena, and two blocks from the coastal road. A variety of shops, restaurants, and rental/tour outfitters are less than 5 minutes away by foot. The Ahu Tahai complex, which has the only standing statue with eyes, is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The site can be seen in the distance along with the rest of the western coastline from the front of the hotel.Ocean view, garden view, and budget rooms are available to fit any type of budget. The location is central and convenient. The transit to and from the airport was prompt and warm. The room was clean and comfortable. And the people were very helpful and went out of their way to help me.

Hôtel trés bien situé (avec vue sur baie et pas trop loin à pied du centre de Hanga Roa) Petit déjeuner assez copieux. Personnel attentionné et serviable. Chambres assez vastes, trés propres mais d'un confort simple.

explora Easter Island features 30 rooms in one floor facing the ocean . The rooms extend to the north and south from a central building all having excellent ocean views. The lodge has welcoming indoor spaces which integrate aspects of the local culture. The design is intended to have minimal impact on its surroundings. The lodge is built on a site which is inappropriate for agricultural use and has no archaeological remains. The flora surrounding the lodge has been maintained intact Our lodges are welcoming and invite you to be in touch with your surroundings rather than isolating you from them. By doing so you can enjoy more profoundly the different aspects of being in a remote area. We always favor balance and originality in both our lodge facilities and our cuisine. The included meals are made with the best-quality ingredients many of them locally produced.
