Other than the huge room ...

Other than the huge room the hotel was very ugly and smelly. There were drunks all over the premises because there is a hole on the wall bar connected to lobby of hotel. I would never stay there again.

Staff was not unfriendly, but not friendly. We arrived and ate at the sports bar and the waitress was barely interested. The same with the desk person when we checked out.

It was very modern and inviting. I wish it had a better breakfast then a few pieces of bread and a banana but all in all it was a good experience. They also need luggage carts.

Stylish, but room for improvement

Proximity to airport, cost and room size and outstanding modern room design are hard to beat in Whitehorse, or anywhere. Room was immaculate, and bed very comfortable, and would definitely stay there again. However, despite high-tech heat control system, the heater came on noisily every 20 minutes, and could not be shut down, so recommend to check that on check-in. The "breakfast" choice was a cup of coffee and a mini muffin, so don't count on that.
