Description
The Ramada Yorkton located in Saskatchewan is close to several local attractions including the Staples Business Center, the Godfrey Cultural Center and the Good Spirit Lake. The property is next to the Yorkton Cardinals Baseball stadium. Located near the junction of Highways 9, 10 and 16 the Ramada Yorkton is close to all of the areas attractions including the Painted Hand Casino, Broadway Bingo, Western Development Museum, Yorkton Sport Hall of Fame and Museum, and the Yorkton Short Film and Video Festival. Hotel guests will also find York Lake just a short drive away, offers fishing, sailing and water skiing. If you are in the area for a sporting event at Gallagher Centre or a round of golf at one of our nearby courses you can relax later in our sauna or enjoy the indoor pool, waterslide and hot tub. Business travelers will appreciate the close proximity to corporate locations such as Leon Manufacturing and the Gallagher Center. Guests can enjoy cocktails at the onsite lounge then spend the night dancing at Hollys Night Club. Other hotel amenities include an onsite restaurant with complimentary continental breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, business centre, wireless high speed internet access, fitness centre, meeting rooms and banquet facilities for up to 250 people. The hotel was being renovated while we were there but the hallways were all torn up. Nice beds but the area of town was not nice and the price was outragous for what we got. They accept pets but that is all that is good.

The Howard Johnson Inn Yorkton SK is close to all major shopping centers. We have easy access to all major intersections. This Howard Johnson has a 2 1/2 Canada Select rating. We have an on site Restaurant and Lounge-Indoor Heated Pool and 205 Foot Indoor Waterslide. In all of our newly renovated guest rooms we offer Cable TV-Free Local Calls-Voice Mail-Coffee Makers-Hairdryers-Iron and Iron Boards. In some rooms based on availability we offer Rollaways-Fridges-Microwaves-Playpens and rooms with a Sofa Bed. We provide ample Free Parking in our large parking lot-Truck and Bus Parking as well. We have Wireless Internet In all rooms-Complimentary Newspaper-Large guest rooms-Drive up rooms-Meeting rooms-Ice and Vending Machines-Guest Laundry-Wake up Service and Fax and Photo Copy service. Waterslide Hours, Closed Monday-Thursday. Friday 5pm-10pm Saturday and Sunday 9am-10pm. Pool/Hot Tub remain open during 9am-10pm daily. Waterslide will be closed December 24 and 25, 2011. Pool and Hot Tub will remain open normal hours. Sorry for any Inconvenience.

The Howard Johnson Inn in Yorkton, SK was very comfortable. The reception was friendly and welcoming after a rather long day on the road. Our room was well appointed and spacious enough not to be confining for two people. We would be likely to stay there again in the same circumstances,
