I had a great time. The hotel was great. I would suggest for those that are sensitive to noise to get some earplugs. The hotel can get very busy and noisy.

Hotel good, ancillaries items not so goo

Specifically asked about parking for light truck and trailer, 48', and was told no problem. All spots were taken by buses, approx 23. Parked 200' down hill and had to walk up and down. Promised transportation did not appear when asked for. Staff were very nice when asked about concerns, but when it came time to produce, the left hand didn't know about the right.

The room were very large although a bit outdated they were very comfortable. We had the 2 bedroom condo and there was lots of room. The outdoor pool was big, the beach area was very nice too. Will definitley go back.

Upon driving into Tremblant we were please to see our hotel right in the middle of the action. [...] the stay was excellent. Clean rooms, plenty of room in our suite, gracious and experienced staff and a solid breakfast. We purchased our lift tickets right at the reception desk and kept our gear in lockers just off the lobby. Well organized.[...]

Overall experience at hotel was very positive. Dinner at dining room was very enjoyable. Poolside lunch was a disappointment. Pool itself was very nice. The hotel environment had a very pleasant feeling and staff were friendly and helpful.
There was confusion over what portion of the room bill was prepaid: Problem appeared to relate to the conformation email from Orbitz
